Statt einer kurzen Begrüßung habe ich nur gehört – kann nicht zurückgeben werden, kein Umtausch- oder Rückgaberecht. Auf der Seite von schagerl steht aber, dass es ein risikofreier Kauf ist. Nach der Reservierung muss ich die Ware nicht mal abholen. In Bergheim heißt es aber – reserviert – also gekauft…. Zuerst also bezahlt und dann durfte ich die Ware sehen. Bestellt habe ich die hellen Paneele – die Farbe meiner Ware war aber dunkelbraun. Die Ware also zurück auf die Palette und ins Büro. Zum Glück durfte ich mein Geld wiedersehen :) Das Problem sollte geklärt werden und es sollte sich jemand bei mir melden. Nach zwei Wochen nichts von schagerl Salzburg gehört…. Da ich 60 km hin und 60 km zurück fahren musste ist absolut egal. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Begrüßung, kein Abschied, NICHTS…. The goods were ordered via click & collect and after a week they were ready to be picked up. Instead of a short greeting, I just heard - cannot be returned, no exchange or return policy. On the side of schagerl, however, it says that it is a risk-free purchase. After the reservation, I don't even have to pick up the goods. But in Bergheim it says - reserved - so bought…. So first paid and then I was allowed to see the goods. I ordered the light panels - but the color of my goods was dark brown. So the goods back on the pallet and into the office. Fortunately, I was able to see my money again :) The problem should be clarified and someone should contact me. After two weeks I didn't hear from schagerl Salzburg…. Since I had to drive 60 km there and 60 km back it doesn't matter. No apology, no greeting, no goodbye, NOTHING….

Ware ist nicht lagernd, umsonst nach Baden gefahren und dann auch noch während der Suche nach tatsächlicher Alternative aus dem Geschäft geschmissen, da jetzt Mittagspause ist. ..... ohne Worte "Immediately available" was specified and ordered - with pickup. Goods are not in stock, have been driven to Baden for free and then thrown out of business while looking for an actual alternative, since it is now lunch break. ..... without words
