Die darauf folgende Bekämpfung war gut vorbereitet, kompetent, schnell und vor allem Anonym. Ein unbescheidneres Fahrzeug parkte vorm Haus. Alles top! My son had brought bed bugs from his graduation trip. The horror pure. The company Pest Control Kapela has me on the phone great advice. Dementsprechend war ich sehr besorgt um einen möglichen Befall. Als Reaktion habe ich die nächstgelegene Schädlingsbekämpfung kontaktiert, was in diesem Fall glücklicherweise Herr Kapela war. Nach einem ausgesprochen freundlichen Telefonat konnten wir den Sachverhalt schnell klären, denn er bestätigte mir, dass es sich bei den Schaben lediglich um den harmlosen Typ handle und ich mich nicht sorgen müsse. Vielen Dank für die schnelle Hilfe und die große Erleichterung! I discovered 3 cockroaches in my apartment and was not sure if it was the harmless amber woodcock or the harmful german cockroach. Accordingly, I was very worried about a possible infestation. In response, I contacted the nearest pest control, which luckily was Mr. Kapela in this case. After a very friendly phone call, we were able to clarify the matter quickly, because he confirmed to me that the cockroaches are just the harmless type and I do not have to worry. Thank you for the quick help and the great relief!

Der Preis war für die Größe des Problems absolut in Ordnung, daher gab ich ihm den Auftrag. Die Abwicklung war Professionell und für mich zum Glück unkompliziert. Alles bestens verlaufen, Besten Dank!! I had a large sponge infestation in my old cellar. Mr. Kapela explained exactly how to remove the sponge from the walls. The price was absolutely fine for the size of the problem, so I gave him the order. The transaction was professional and luckily uncomplicated for me. Everything went well, thanks a lot !!
