Love this shop. Best meal in Vienna for us. The dishes are creative and they serve good craft beer too. If you had travel through Eastern Europe for 2 weeks like I had, you probably eaten all kinds of Goulash by now and got stuffed stupid with schnitzel upon arriving at Vienna. Food are served in small boxes like Chinese food in America. Seemingly small serving but you will find yourself struggling to finish the food as it will filled with generous serving of meat and ingredient. Shop is rather small and we headed in near to 9pm. But the staff were in no hurry to close the shop nor chase us out. Friendly and accommodating. No issues with stupid tips like all other 'famous' Vienna restaurants. They should take a lesson from this shop and see how to treat patrons properly. It's easy to miss while walking along the streets but trust in Google map to bring you there. You be sorry to miss this.

Oh my gosh. I'm eating here right now. The roast pork. I'm honestly very disappointed I didn't come here earlier in my short trip to Vienna to be able to eat here multiple times. This food is fresh, original, incredibly flavoursome, the staff are very friendly, it's cheap. Highly highly recommend.

Their menu changes weekly but the roast pork is always on it. The chef was really helpful and happy to explain the menu items to everyone that walked in. We started with the hearty Old Viennese Potato Soup which was perfect for the cold weather. We had their famous roast pork as it's what they are famous for and it really is delicious. We also had the boiled beef which was pretty good. Highly recommended to give this place a try as it's decently priced too.

The food was amazing, very tasty and perfect for the cold weather in Viena. The guys there were great, they took the time to explain the dishes and suggest what to eat. Everything was clean and the place is super cool. I would definitely recommend this place to eat because the prices are really affordable and the food is top!!

Cozy place in the city center to try Austrian food. They rotate dishes every week, with the amazing stable dish “pork stew with craut and dumplings”! Higly recommended.

Cool place to grab something to eat whether on the go or for dinning in. There are okay prices for the whole day (we went for dinner and one box costs around €9 ~ €9.5, Almdudler costs €3 though), and the man working there was super nice and attentive (his English was also really good). I ordered the pork crackling with pulled pork, dumplings and sour cabbage. It was okay, as it was way too salty for me (the outside of the dumplings were saltier than the pork, so eating them together was okay. However eating anything by itself was really salty.) My friends ordered cauliflower patties (I think), and they tasted good as well. The portion of the pulled pork was really large, and there was a lot of sour cabbage and a lot of meat.

A different place to try Austrian food. If you looking to try some authentic Austrian food with an author taste and cheap this is the place. The place looks really underground. They change the dishes daily. The food it's really tasty, a lot of flavor!
