H	Hans Stiegl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe vor ca. 2 Monaten wegen einem Kostenvoranschlag bei dieser Firma angerufen. Die Dame am Telefon war mehr als nur unfreundlich, genervt und Unkompetent. Nach einer Wartezeit von 3 Wochen für einen Ansehtermin kam Herr Retzer zu mir und schaute sich die Arbeit an. Das Auftreten von ihm war überheblich und provokant. Sein Interesse mehr als angewidert. Dann erhielt ich nach weiteren 3 Wochen einen Kostenvoranschlag der mehr als nur überzogen war. Es wurden Dinge hineingeschrieben die nicht einmal bei der Besichtigung gewünscht wurden bzw. besprochen. Geschweige von Notwendig. Über das Personal kann ich nur sagen es ist genauso schlecht wie der Chef. Man darf in dieser Firma nur arbeiten, wenn man unfreundlich ist. Ich würde niemanden zu dieser Firma raten. Gott sei Dank sind nicht alle Installateure sowie der Innungsmeister Stellvertreter Herr Retzer selbst. Das macht keinen guten Eindruck. I called about 2 months ago for a cost estimate at this company. The lady on the phone was more than just rude, annoyed and incompetent. After a waiting period of 3 weeks for a viewing appointment Mr. Retzer came to me and looked at the work. The appearance of him was overbearing and provocative. His interest more than disgusted. Then, after a further 3 weeks, I received a cost estimate that was more than exaggerated. Things were written into it that were not even requested or discussed during the visit. Let alone necessary. About the staff I can only say it is just as bad as the boss. You are only allowed to work in this company if you are unfriendly. I would not advise anyone to this company. Thank God not all installers and the deputy master guild master Mr. Retzer itself. That does not make a good impression.
M	Marion Schindler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hände weg von dieser Firma! Keinen Kostenvoranschlag, nur telefonisch mit den Worten, ach nicht so wild! Zur Geschichte: es handelt sich um zwei Lampen zum Montieren, wobei eine von diesen beiden um ca. 40 cm versetzt wird, mit Kabel. Ohne Stemmen. Desweiteren eine Garantieleistung einer undichten Duschwand die ebenfalls von dieser Firma montiert wurde. In der Früh kamen ein Angestellter und ein Lehrling ohne Material, der Helfer ist noch im umliegenden Bauhaus die Sachen besorgen gegangen, war lange weg. Die Montage dauerte nicht lange, für die Duschwand wurde das Silikon im Auto liegengelassen, ja der Helfer wird abermals geschickt dieses zu holen. Tja, dann kam die Rechnung per Mail mit knapp 300 Euro, incl. Fahrtweg und Fahrtkosten obwohl die Firma fünf Minuten Fussweg hat, also die Limosine ist nicht vorgefahren. Völlig überzogen meiner Meinung nach. Auch nach einem Gespräch mit Herrn Retzer der vor Arroganz nur so strotzt, keine Einigung gefunden. Das alles per Whats app, ein persönliches Treffen wird dann auch noch abgelehnt. Jetzt die Drohung mit Inkassobüro nachdem ich auf Whats app nicht reagiert habe, da ich diese Nummer nicht kannte. Leute, Hände weg von dieser Firma. Auch wenn er Innungsmeister ist, kann eine Firma nicht so arbeiten, argumentieren und Leute über den Tisch ziehen. Mundpropaganda ist die beste Werbung Herr Retzer, werden Sie mit den knapp 300 Euro glücklich! Steer clear of this company! No quotation, just by phone saying, oh not so wild! All via the Whats app, a personal meeting will then also be rejected. Now the threat to the collection agency after I did not respond to Whats app because I did not know this number. Guys, hands off this company. Even if he's a guild master, a company can't work like that, argue, and rip people off. Word of mouth is the best advertisement Mr. Retzer, you will be happy with the almost 300 euros!

Mir wurde versprochen, dass jemand in der Früh bevor ich ins Büro muss vorbeikommt, niemand kam, telefonisch auch keiner erreichbar. 20-30 min nach dem vereinbarten Termin wurde mir telefonisch schnippisch mitgeteilt, ich müsse mir eben Zeit für Handwerker nehmen. Ich habe daran erinnert, dass ich immer gesagt hatte, der/die Installateurin müsse pünktlich sein. Daraufhin cholerische Antworten und Stornierung des Termins seitens der Firma Schachl und ich hatte weiterhin nur kaltes Wasser. NEVER AGAIN! Die Firma hat bei mir in der Wohnung gearbeitet es ist sowohl Schmuck und Geld aus der Wohnung verschwunden. Der Chef der Firma findet es nicht mal notwendig der Sache nachzugehen. Absolute scam company! Prices & services do not match at all. The company worked for me in the apartment, both jewelry and money disappeared from the apartment. Abgesehen davon dass die Arbeit nicht so verrichtet wurde wie ich wollte, schmutzig gearbeitet (nicht abgedeckt) verschwand aufeinmal Geld und Schmuck aus meiner Wohnung. Herr Retzer (Geschäftsführer) ist nicht einmal der Mühe wert, dass er sich persönlich darum kümmert bzw. mich kontaktiert. Ich rate von dieser Firma nur AB! I have placed an order with this company. Apart from the fact that the work was not done as I wanted, dirty work (not covered) suddenly money and jewelry disappeared from my apartment. Mr. Retzer (managing director) is not even worth the effort that he personally takes care of it or contacts me. I only advise AB from this company!

Am Telefon sowie Vorort sind die Mitarbeiter immer sehr bemüht auf alle Anliegen einzugehen, rufen immer zurück und versuchen in Notfällen schnellstmöglich (am gleichen Tag) jemanden vorbei zu schicken. Ich wurde immer im Vorhinein über die Kosten informiert und mir wurden auch immer Alternativen vorgeschlagen. Ich muss sagen das mich die schlechten Rezensionen total überrascht haben weil ich nur Positives erlebt habe. I have been a SCHACHL customer (10 yrs.) For a very long time and have my thermal baths serviced and other installation work carried out by you. On the phone as well as on site, the employees always try very hard to respond to all concerns, always call back and try to send someone over as quickly as possible (on the same day) in emergencies. I was always informed about the costs in advance and alternatives were always suggested to me. I have to say that I was totally surprised by the bad reviews because I only experienced positive things.
