Eine klare Empfehlung und somit fünf Sterne. I can only agree with the recessions that have already been written. She perfectly combines technical knowledge, empathy and understanding. Der Druck endlich Erfolg zu liefern hat mich einfach aufgefressen. Ständig nur Absagen, keinerlei Rückmeldung. Ich hatte Angst vor der Zukunft, finanziellen Lage, bereute meine Studienwahl… Sarah ist hochgradig empathisch, dass ist gleich zu spüren, daher habe ich sofort und auch wirklich alles ausgepackt. Ich hatte das Gefühl es ist ihr nicht wurscht (wie bei vielen Beratungsgesprächen die ich schon hatte, die einfach oberflächlich waren). Meine Mischung aus Selbstzweifel und Bewerbungsunterlagen habe ich dann bei ihr „ausgeleert“. Sie hat das Wirrwarr Punkt für Punkt auseinandergenommen. 1) Mir KONKRETE und NEUE Verbesserungsvorschläge für den Lebenslauf gegeben 2) Glücklicherweise hat sie Ahnung von meiner Branche und konnte mir aus ihrer Erfahrung sagen wie der Arbeitsmarkt da ist und „wie“ der sich benimmt 3) Sie hat sich auch um meinen seelischen Zustand gekümmert, das war auch bitter nötig XD 4) Sie hat es geschafft meine Gedanken zu ordnen Ich hatte nun einen Schlachtplan, ich wusste was als nächstes zu tun ist! Eine Struktur, eine Idee und einfach Hoffnung Sarah, just thanks for the battle plan !!!! About 10 months after graduation, I came to Sarah. The pressure to finally deliver success just ate me up. Constantly only rejections, no feedback. I was afraid of the future, my financial situation, and regretted my choice of studies ... Sarah is extremely empathetic, you can feel that right away, so I really unpacked everything immediately. I had the feeling that she doesn't care (as in many counseling sessions I've had that were just superficial). I then “emptied” my mixture of self-doubt and application documents from her. She took the jumble apart point by point. 1) Gave me CONCRETE and NEW suggestions for improving my résumé 2) Fortunately, she has an idea of my industry and was able to tell me from her experience what the job market is like and "how" it behaves 3) She also took care of my mental state , that was sorely needed XD 4) She managed to organize my thoughts I now had a battle plan, I knew what to do next! A structure, an idea and just hope

Sie hat mir den Blickwinkel geöffnet und die richtigen Denkanstöße gegeben. Es war für mich eine hervorragende Unterstützung.
