Z	Zio Dav on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Auto hatte einen Motorschaden, die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber war anfänglich fair und transparent, dann hieß es die Ölwanne muss ausgetauscht werden, der Preis für die Gesamtreperatur stieg ständig an. Am Schluss einigten wir uns dass das Auto abgeholt werden kann weil Defekt und der Motor ausgetauscht werden muss. Auch das ist ok, der Inhaber meinte es würde 265,- ausmachen als ich das auto dann abholte meinte sein Kollege es macht doch 390 Euro aus, das ist nicht korrekt. Zumal der Motor dann nicht mehr ansprang und ich das Auto nicht mal fahren hätte können. Das Fahrzeug wurde schlussendlich (Gott sei Dank) abgeschleppt sonst wären nochmals Kosten auf mich zugekommen. Natürlich bleibt dem Inhaber frei seine Kosten anzusetzen, in einer für den Kunden so unangenehmen Situation erwarte ich mir dann aber doch zumindestens Fingerspitzengefühl. 265 wurden mir am Telefon genannt, und 390,- waren es dann. Nicht korrekt und irreführend My car had an engine failure, communication with the owner was initially fair and transparent, then the oil pan had to be replaced, the price for the total repair rose steadily. In the end we agreed that the car could be picked up because it was defective and the engine had to be replaced. That is also ok, the owner said it would be 265, - when I picked up the car, his colleague said it was 390 euros, which is not correct. Especially since the engine wouldn't start and I wouldn't even have been able to drive the car. The vehicle was finally towed away (thank God) otherwise I would have had to pay more. Of course, the owner is free to estimate his costs, but in such an uncomfortable situation for the customer I expect at least a sure instinct. 265 were called to me on the phone, and then it was 390. Incorrect and misleading
