Worst pharmacy you can ever see !!! I am here for the 3rd time because I live around the corner but also for the last time !!!! They just have nothing!

Wenn man also schnell etwas braucht oder sich einen zweifachen Weg ersparen möchte, dann besser in eine andere Apotheke gehen. Unfortunately, almost everything has to be ordered. So if you need something fast or want to avoid a double way, then better go to another pharmacy.

Old school durch und durch aber ich mag das! I find the pharmacy very charming, they usually have everything there, from time to time it has to be ordered, they mean it works quickly and easily. Old school through and through but I like that!
K	Kata Tonik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Inhaber der Apotheke sind schon älter, nicht besonders freundlich und manchmal auch einfach nicht gut informiert (z.B. über Rezeptpflicht von einzelnen Medikamenten). Vieles muss bestellt werden, und mir wurde auch schon gesagt, etwas sei "nicht lieferbar", das ich dann ohne Probleme bei einer Online-Apotheke bestellen konnte. Einige der jüngeren Mitarbeiterinnen sind aber sehr auf Zack, freundlich und bemüht. Aber im Grunde ist die Apotheke einfach nicht gut geführt, und eine Neuübernahme würde ihr gut tun. Ich gehe nur hin, wenn ich zu krank bin, um in die etwas weiter entfernte Apotheke in der Hütteldorfer Straße zu gehen. The owners of the pharmacy are older, not particularly friendly and sometimes just not well informed (e.g. about the prescription of individual medications). Much has to be ordered, and I have already been told that something is "not available", which I could then order from an online pharmacy without any problems. However, some of the younger employees are very quick, friendly and eager. But basically the pharmacy is simply not well run and a new takeover would do it good. I only go there when I'm too sick to go to the pharmacy in Hütteldorfer Strasse, which is a little further away.
S	Stefan Fischer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traurig es wird immer armseliger dort! Chefs sind nie vor Ort und die eine was vor Ort ist bekommt keinen Zugang zu wichtigen Sachen! Muss weiß nicht wie oft anrufen das vielleicht mal wer abhebt! verständigt wird man auch nicht wenn es einmal ein Problem gibt mit seinen Medikamenten obwohl man 10 Jahre oder länger schon zu ihnen kommt, einfach Wahnsinn Sad it is getting poorer and poorer there! Bosses are never on site and the one who is on site does not have access to important things! I don't have to know how often to call someone who answers! You are also not notified if there is a problem with your medication even though you have been to them for 10 years or more, just madness
