Da ich Amazon nicht unterstütze, gehe ich zum Einkaufen in die Villacher Läden und ich freue mich, dass es Menschen gibt, die mit Herz und Verstand in Beruf und Leben aufgehen. Danke dafür und zukünftig gerne wieder. I'm speechless. I have never been served so nicely and competently. Unfortunately I didn't ask for the name (the lady comes from Wolfsberg, she told me). Since I don't support Amazon, I go to the Villach stores to go shopping and I am happy that there are people who are passionate about their job and life. Thank you for that and would be happy to do it again in the future.

Die Schuhe waren leider eine Nummer zu groß! Als ich diese Umtauschen wollte wurde ich verwiesen, mit dem Argument, dass ich die Schuhe doch zuvor probiert hätte. I was very very disappointed. I ordered shoes that should be tailored to my foot and the corresponding insoles. Unfortunately the shoes were one size too big! When I wanted to exchange these, I was expelled, with the argument that I had tried the shoes before.

Gleich zwei Fachdamen (eine Dame ist zur Einarbeitung und ein echter Sonnenschein) kümmerten sich im Team hervorragend zum Thema Schuhe und Schuheinlagen. Ohne aufzudrengen, sondern mit Kompetenz verkauften die Beiden hervorragend. Meine Mutter und ich sind begeistert. So geht Fachkompetenz im Verkauf! Mit Herz & Hirn! Vielen Dank! Extremely hospitable, tried hard and helpful! Was today 20.05.2020, 11am with my mother (70) in the branch in Villach. Two specialist women (one woman is training and a real sunshine) took excellent care of the team on the subject of shoes and insoles. The two sold outstandingly without being too much, but with competence. My mother and I are thrilled. This is how professional competence goes in sales! With heart and brain! Thank you so much!
