Das Studio ist modern und freundlich eingericht. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Wonderful foot and nail salon. Will always be well looked after and the staff are very knowledgeable. The price performance ratio is great. The studio is modern and friendly. You feel very well. I can only recommend.

Super freundliches Personal, eigentlich keine Wartezeiten (ich musste in all den Jahren noch kein einziges Mal warten), perfekte arbeit (ich kann da nur über Sabrina sprechen) und trotzdem immer flott fertig. Das Geschäft ist immer sauber und modern eingerichtet. Man bekommt Getränke angeboten und alle sind sehr zuvorkommend. Einziger Kritikpunkt, wenn es überhaupt einer ist, wäre die lange Wartezeit auf Termin. Man muss wirklich weit voraus planen. Aber das wundert mich auch nicht, hier wird perfekt gearbeitet. A service company that many others should take as an example. Super friendly staff, actually no waiting times (I haven't had to wait a single time in all the years), perfect work (I can only talk about Sabrina) and still always ready quickly. The shop is always clean and modern. You get drinks and everyone is very accommodating. The only point of criticism, if it is one at all, would be the long waiting time for an appointment. You really have to plan far ahead. But I'm not surprised either, they work perfectly here.

Kann man nur weiter empfehlen! The insider tip among the foot care professionals, if you want a great result you have to have your feet done there, pleasant atmosphere and great staff who really care about the wishes of the customers. S	Sabrina Chv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komplett verpfuscht, mein Nagel blättert ab u. habe eine riesige Einkerbung durch das Wegfeilen des Shellacs bzw. meines Nagels, was lt. Chefin nicht durchgeführt wird bei ihnen. Ich wollte es zwar nicht publik machen u. habe zuerst das direkte Gespräch gesucht, leider ohne Einsicht. Ich hatte Shelack u. wollte ihn einerseits entfernen u. wieder neu machen lassen. Es gibt jedoch dort kein Shellac u. lt. Chefin wird Shellac auch nicht entfernt. Jedoch wurde mir am Telefon zugesichert, dass sie den Lack abmachen können, bevor ich wusste, dass Shellac nicht angerührt wird. Das Entfernen wurde nicht mit der klassischen Methode durchgeführt, sondern mittels abfeilen. Nicht nur, dass man bei einigen Nägeln durchsieht, weil sie zu dünn gefeilt wurden u. dementsprechend dünn sind (eine Dose öffnen konnte ich nicht mehr, da sich die Nägel dann in die andere Richtung gebogen haben), habe ich am Zeigefinger ein richtiges Loch. Ich habe mir die Nägel nun ganz kurz geschnitten u. somit meinen French weggeschnitten, welcher ohnehin am nächsten Tag bereits nicht mehr ansehnlich war. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Studio, soll ich mich verletzt haben, erstens würde ich es wissen wenn ich mich derart verletzt habe u. 2. sieht man die Feilspuren am Nagel. Es gibt auch keine Wiedergutmachung, ich solle mir halt einfach den Nagel auswachsen lassen. Bin schwer enttäuscht u. werde definitiv auch den Rechtsweg beschreiten. Completely botched, my nail is peeling off and has a huge notch from filing away the Shellac or my nail, which according to the boss is not done with them. I didn't want to make it public and first sought a direct conversation, unfortunately without insight. I had Shelack and wanted to remove it and have it made again. However, there is no Shellac there and, according to the boss, Shellac is not removed either. However, I was assured on the phone that they could remove the paint before I knew that Shellac would not be touched. The removal was not carried out with the classic method, but with filing. Not only do you look through some nails because they were filed too thin and are accordingly thin (I could no longer open a can because the nails then bent in the other direction), I have a real hole on my index finger . I have now cut my nails very short and thus cut away my French, which was already no longer noticeable the next day. After consulting the studio, I should have injured myself, firstly I would know if I was injured like that and 2. you can see the filing marks on the nail. There is no redress either, I should just let the nail grow out. I am very disappointed and will definitely take legal action.

Freundlich und kompietent, was in der heutigen Zeit eine Seltenheit schon ist. Sauber Gepfleckter Salon und es werden alle Coronmaßnahmen eingehalten. Foot hand care5☆? Boss and her employees understand their "craft" you can tell right away that there are only trained women at work. friendly and competent, which is a rarity these days.
