★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das beste Gym mit den nettesten Trainern und Mitgliedern. Der Flair ist symphatisch und die Einrichtungen sauber, zweckmäßig und gut. Es ist jedes Mal auf ein Neues eine Freude, hier trainieren zu dürfen! Das Know-How in den verschiedenen Kampfsportarten bzw. -künsten ist sehr umfangreich.
 The best gym with the nicest coaches and members. The atmosphere is friendly and the facilities are clean, functional and good. It is always a pleasure to be able to train here! The know-how in the various martial arts and arts is very extensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War bis jetzt leider erst 1 mal zum Probetraining Luta Livre hat viel spaß gemacht. Die Lokation selber gibt auch viel her, sauber, hell und großräumig für meine Verhältnisse.
Until now, I only went to the trial training session once. Luta Livre was a lot of fun. The location itself has a lot to offer, clean, bright and spacious by my standards.

Top martial arts studio near U6 / S-Bahn. The training atmosphere is extremely pleasant and you won't be laughed at if you can't do something yet. This promotes self-confidence and the joy of training, I am very happy to train there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place with great people! Beautiful, clean, modern, and well-appointed space. Most importantly, the trainers are great! I am not very confident in fitness or self-defense, but after a course with Irene I not only felt more confident (and totally exhausted in a good way), but I found that she both motivated and challenged me to push myself, while being sensitive to my current fitness level and never body shaming. I also saw her work with other women in the class, some of whom had experienced violent trauma, and I was impressed with the way she handled it: she encouraged them to learn self-defense techniques that were relevant to the assaults they'd experienced, but at the same time gave them space and the option to step back if they weren't emotionally ready to "go there." I recommend Kai Gym to all my friends and will definitely be going back!
