H	Herma Geluk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eten was echt niet zo lekker. Weinig keus. Of 2dagen achter elkaar spaghetti alles was gauw op je moest iedere keer vragen. Een avond gezellig op het terras word je om 21:30weg gegekeken. 1avond was de bier gewoon op. Food was really not that tasty. Little choice. Or spaghetti for 2 days in a row everything was done quickly you had to ask every time. A cozy evening on the terrace you will be watched away at 21:30. One evening the beer was finished.
P	Peter Gawlich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten 2 Übernachtungen mit Halbpension Plus gebucht. Das Hotel ist abgewohnt und bestimmt schon 20 Jahre nicht mehr renoviert worden. Im Restaurant sind die Stoffsitzbänke durchgeschliffen. Da Abendessen der angeblichen Halbpension hat an Schulessen erinnert und war ungenießbar. Das angefügte Bild zeigt ein Abendessen der Halbpension. Die Servicemitarbeiter waren uninteressiert an dem Wohlbefinden der Gäste und es kam zu keiner Zeit ein Gefühl von Gastfreundlichkeit auf. Wir können diese Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen und würden auch nie wiederkommen. We had booked 2 nights with half board plus. The hotel is shabby and definitely hasn't been renovated for 20 years. The fabric benches in the restaurant are sanded through. Since dinner of the alleged half board was reminiscent of school lunch and was inedible. The attached picture shows a half board dinner. The service staff were uninterested in the well-being of the guests and there was never a feeling of hospitality. We cannot recommend this hotel and would never go back.
E	Eric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omgeving erg mooi. Maar hotel niet ok. Personeel niet gemotiveerd en hebben geen uitstraling. Aantal staan niets te doen achter de bar en 1 loopt er overspannen bij. Vragen niet of je te vreden bent. Eten erg slecht. Geen driegangenmenu of buffet zoals beschreven, er staan 2 bakken opgewarmd eten waarvan je kan pakken. Witte rijst en friet en eventueel een saus/goulash/Chili con carne. 2 Avonden achter elkaar spaghetti gehad. 1x spaghetti en saus apart de dag erna was het opgewarmd van de avond ervoor maar dan de saus door de spaghetti heen. En verder wat sla. Toetje is een gebakje. Elke avond dezelfde totdat het op is. Dan wordt er pas een nieuwe aangesneden. Bar sluit erg vroeg. Tussen 21:00 en 22:00. Of je wordt weg gekeken of wordt verzocht om naar de game-room te gaan.... Bier of andere dranken zijn 's avonds soms op..... ontbijt erg karig. Elke keer moet je zelf vragen zodra iets op is. Zoals borden, glazen, broodjes, koffie. Elke dag hetzelfde dat je alles moet vragen. Verder ziet hotel er oud uit en heeft last van lekkage. Slechtste hotel wat wij ooit hebben meegemaakt. Niet Oostenrijks waardig. Wi-Fi werkt wel goed en kamers worden wel goed schoongemaakt. Ik zou zeggen, annuleren als je al geboekt hebt of om boeken bij de reisorganisatie. Environment very beautiful. But hotel not ok. Staff not motivated and have no appearance. Some are doing nothing behind the bar and one is stressed. Do not ask if you are satisfied. Food very bad. No three-course menu or buffet as described, there are 2 trays of warmed food that you can grab. White rice and chips and possibly a sauce / goulash / Chili con carne. Had spaghetti 2 evenings in a row. 1x spaghetti and sauce separately the day after it was heated up from the night before but then the sauce through the spaghetti. And some lettuce. Dessert is a pastry. The same every night until it runs out. Then a new one is cut. Bar closes very early. Between 9pm and 10pm. Either you are looked away or you are requested to go to the game room .... Beer or other drinks are sometimes in the evening ..... breakfast very scanty. Every time you have to ask yourself as soon as something is finished. Such as plates, glasses, sandwiches, coffee. The same every day that you have to ask everything. Furthermore, the hotel looks old and suffers from leakage. Worst hotel we have ever experienced. Not worthy of Austrian. Wi-Fi works well and rooms are cleaned properly. I would say cancel if you have already booked or to book with the tour company.
G	Grassai Miléna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe heute aus diesem Hotel ausgecheckt. Alles war großartig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, sie haben alles getan, damit wir uns wie zu Hause fühlen. Das Frühstück war phänomenal. Die Pizza ist so gut wie in Italien. Wir werden auf jeden Fall bald wiederkommen! Das einzig Negative war (aber natürlich ist es nicht die Schuld des Hotels), dass die Gäste auf unserer Etage nachts Geräusche machten, aber wir sprachen mit dem Personal und sie handhabten das arrogante betrunkene Paar wirklich gut. I checked out of this hotel today. Everything was great. The staff is very friendly, they went out of their way to make us feel at home. Breakfast was phenomenal. The pizza is as good as in Italy. We will definitely be back soon! The only negative was (but of course it's not the hotel's fault) that the guests on our floor made noises at night, but we spoke to the staff and they handled the arrogant drunk couple really well.
