Die Hilfskraft am Schalter hatte trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung mir die geänderten Bedingungen nicht genannt. In weiterer Folge konnte ich am Automaten keine Tätigkeiten mehr durchführen. Als ich wieder Überweisungen am Schalter machen musste, weigerte sich die Angestellte ihren Beruf nachzugehen, was mich nötigte die Filialleiterin hinzuzuziehen. Auch hier darf ich festhalten, dass diese "Leiterin" völlig inkompetent ist und an einer Lösung in KEINSTER Weise interessiert war. Auch sie verweigerte mir die Annahme weiterer Bankgeschäfte. Trotz einwandfreier Bonität und Jahrzehnte langer Geschäftstätigkeit wurde von den beiden Bankangestellten an keiner Lösung gearbeitet. Bei dieser Filiale kommen Kunden an letzter Stelle. Ich schlage daher dringend vor, die Filialleiterin und Kassenperson so rasch als möglich aus diesen Positionen zu entfernen, da sie in keiner Weise imstande sind mit Kunden und deren Geldgeschäften korrekt umzugehen. Erst die Kontaktaufnahme einer übergeordneten Stelle konnte eine praktikable Lösung finden mit der ich jetzt wieder einverstanden bin.
