M	Monika AUER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warum gibt es bei Taxi 8111 noch immer kein Auto mit Rampe für den Transport für Behinderte im Rollstuhl welche sich nicht umsetzen können?? In ganz Salzburg Stadt gibt es kein Unternehmen welches diesen Dienst anbietet!! Ich z.B. wäre gerne dazu bereit dafür einen Aufpreis zu bezahlen um meine Mutter transportierten zu lassen. Es ist sehr traurig dass so wenig an diese Menschen welche sowieso schon stark benachteiligt sind gedacht wird. Ich habe heute vom Magistrat Salzburg Stadt erfahren dass sich 8111 mit der Behauptung dass sich das nicht auszahlt immer wieder von dieser Forderung herauswindet. Der Bedarf wäre gross genug und dafür einen Aufpreis zu verlangen wäre sicher legitim. Ich bitte das zu überdenken!!! Why is there still no car at Taxi 8111 with a ramp for transporting disabled people in wheelchairs who cannot move? In the whole of Salzburg city there is no company that offers this service !! For example, I would be happy to pay an extra charge to have my mother transported. It is very sad that so little is thought of these people who are already severely disadvantaged. I found out today from the Salzburg city administration that 8111 keeps wriggling out of this demand with the assertion that it does not pay off. The need would be great enough and to charge a surcharge for it would certainly be legitimate. I ask you to reconsider!
T	Timo Schneider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde es ganz lustig um 3:00 Uhr Rufte ich einen taxi von Aiglhof nach Freilassing Kennzeichen habe ich leider nicht ich sagte zu ihm bitte nach Freilassing als wir ankamen sagte ich zu ihm „wieviel bekommst du ?“ er lachte und sagte mir „wieviel zahlst du“ Ich sagte ehrlich zu ihm zwischen 12-15€ Darauf hin meinte er tatsächlich zu mir das er 30€ haben möchte für die Fahrt ich sagte zu ihm alles klar dann klären wir das mal eben mit der 81-11 und er wurde plötzlich ganz anders und verlangte dann 20€ Ich finde euch ja echt super aber an paar Mitarbeiter scheitert es wirklich sehr da bekommt man einfach keine Lust und möchte nicht mehr fahren… I think it's really funny at 3:00 a.m. I called a taxi from Aiglhof to Freilassing Unfortunately I don't have the number plate I said to him please go to Freilassing when we arrived I said to him "how much do you get?" S	S Kicksaholeinthesky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für Fahrt von Ikea gebucht aufgrund eines kleinen, aber schweren Pakets. Bei der telefonischen Bestellung wurden der Preis mit 10 Euro angegeben. Der Fahrer fuhr extrem langsam, sodass es am Ende 13 Euro waren. Er begründete den hohen Preis mit nichtexistentem Stau. Außerdem wurden 8,50 für das Umklappen eines Sitzes berechnet, was aufgrund der Größe des Paketes nicht nötig gewesen wäre. Der Aufpreis wurde erst am Ende mitgeteilt. Nach der Fahrt nochmals bei der Zentrale angerufen, wo mitgeteilt wurde, dass die Gebühr für das Sitz umklappen geringer ist (7,50) als die vom Fahrer berechneten 8,50. Da wurde wohl selbst noch ein Trinkgeld einberechnet vom Fahrer. Booked for trip from Ikea due to a small but heavy package. When ordering by phone, the price was given as 10 euros. The driver drove extremely slowly, so that it was 13 euros in the end. He justified the high price with non-existent traffic jams. In addition, 8.50 was charged for folding down a seat, which would not have been necessary due to the size of the package. The surcharge was only communicated at the end. After the journey, I called the head office again, where they were told that the fee for folding the seat is lower (7.50) than the 8.50 charged by the driver. A tip was probably included by the driver himself.

D	Dabrovski Marsz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, smelly taxis, borderline incompetent drivers and insanely expensive for near zero service. If they would not have a defacto monopoly I would refuse to ever drive with them.

I was disappointed that the first two companies I called refused to pick us up after hearing of the short distance, but being tourists we had lot of luggage so a taxi was definitely needed. They were prompt, and there were no issues.
C	C SP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do yourself a favor and get a Uber/Taxi App instead. We called beforehand to see how much it would be and they said around 10 euros, we ended up paying 21. They said there was a fee for putting the seat of the car down for our package (only told us once we arrived at our destination) even though it was not necessary since it was a small package. The guy drove extra slow and missed lights that made our journey take way longer and when we asked about the high price compared to when we phoned he mentioned traffic (which there was absolutely none). Lastly, he said that the extra fee was 8,50 but after calling the central to complain they said it was supposed to be just 7,5. Overall just a scam, they will charge way more and give you any small excuse to why it was more expensive. Again, just get yourself a ride from an app which displays the price when you order so you know what you end up paying.
