Sehr gutes und freundliches Management. Ausgezeichnete Betten, sauber, ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Komme gerne wieder.

صاحبة الشقة لطيفة التعامل لكنها لا تجيد الإنجليزية لذلك التفاهم معها شبه مستحيل إلا بالإشارات.. النظافة جيدة. في الغرفة لا يوجد مكيف طبعا.. المطبخ موجود بجانب السرير!!!!!! والطبخ صعب بسبب الرائحة التي يسببها في الغرفة.. الإطلالة كئيبة.. الحمام لا يوجد به شطاف.. وللأمانه.. لا أنصحك (إذا كنت خليجي) بها لأنها كئيبة بإختصار..

房間很大很乾淨 廚房設備餐具都齊全 公寓有自己的停車位 如果不夠附近也有免費的停車位 有腳踏車可借騎到市區很方便 唯一遇到的問題是……到達當地要使用check in機器領鑰匙 發現房東有給鹿頭後面門的密碼 卻沒給check in機器輸入的密碼 還好sim卡可以跟房東通話 否則真的要睡在車上ㄌ

Very nice apartment. It is suitble for family. Very close to supermarket.

I didn't stay here.. Nonetheless I am grateful to the kind gesture shown by the owner at this time of crisis. We had done a non refundable booking in this apartment for May. However due to global epidemic the owner returned the entire amount to us! Looking forward to a lengthy stay in 2021..thank u so much Urvi shah

I unfortunately can not give a good recommendation for this hotel. I booked the room for 3 adults and 2 small dogs. When I asked about pet fees the answer was that there was a 30 EUR cleaning fee per stay. After the formal cancellation date, the hotel charged my card with double the cleaning fee for the amount of EUR 60 and I cancelled the next day immediately after receiving an answer that they charged EUR 30 per dog per stay. First of all I find this highly ridiculous charge for 2 small dogs that sleep in the box that I bring to pay EUR 30 fee per stay cleaning fee. I have had charges such as EUR 10-15 per dog per stay, but never this high. Now we are not staying in the apartment and not going to Salzburg because on Monday Salzburg has been declared a redzone and many areas you may not enter or leave without vaccine, recovery or PCR test (we have 2 out of 3 - but safety first) and the apartment refused to refund the money. The hotel was FULLY booked even after cancellation and the owner still refused to refund. This woman is a THIEF! DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION! HIGHLY UNCOOPERATIVE. Booking.com tried repeatedly to get this woman to refund the money. She has stolen money and refuses to refund. We are in contact with a lawyer and with the bank to cancel the charges, but beware if you are booking this apartment and plan to stay there with dogs. Especially anyone of the 2,000 people every year that for the the International CACIB Salzbug dog show every year. 30 EUR per dog per stay is more than the human price per night. This is not a friendly venue and I do not recommend.
