Mit den Preisen bin ich zufrieden. Die Art wie Leonie arbeitet oder wie die Vorgängerin Nadja ist sehr sanft und Nägel sind sehr sauber und ich bin mit dem Team sehr zufrieden. I've been with Salon Trixi for seven years. I feel very comfortable, the staff are very friendly, work very clean and are very hardworking. I am satisfied with the prices. The way Leonie works or how the predecessor Nadja is very gentle and nails are very clean and I am very satisfied with the team.

Heute, Donnerstag ruft mich Lisa an, ich hätte seit 10 Minuten meinen Termin. Entweder ich habe einen falschen Tag aufgeschrieben oder Lisa hat einen falschen Tag notiert, ist ja schon ein paar Wochen her und schriftlich hab ich nichts bekommen. Dann wollte ich schnell hinfahren weil ich in der Nähe wohne, doch das wir ihr dann zu spät.. Mir wurden 77 euro verrechnet! Kein Entgegenkommen, nichts dergleichen. Schade, bei Trixi wäre so etwas nicht passiert. Bin sehr enttäuscht, von Kundenservice versteht die Dame leider wenig, suche mir jetzt natürlich eine neue Kosmetikerin. My mother and I have been Trixi's regular customers for many years. For a few weeks now I have been looking forward to a facial that was agreed for Friday. Today, Thursday, Lisa calls me, I had my appointment for 10 minutes. Either I wrote down the wrong day or Lisa wrote down the wrong day, it was a couple of weeks ago and I didn't get anything in writing. Then I wanted to go there quickly because I live nearby, but we would be too late for her ... I was charged 77 euros! No accommodation, nothing like that. It's a shame, something like this would not have happened at Trixi. I'm very disappointed, unfortunately the lady doesn't understand much about customer service, of course I'm now looking for a new beautician.
