★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe Hepafast 10 Tage gemacht. 3,5 kg abgenommen. Leider hat sich am Bauchumfang nichts geändert. Bin gespannt, wenn ich wieder halbwegs "normal" esse, wie schnell es wieder rauf geht. Kann ja nicht auf Dauer diese Diät machen.
ok …..jetzt 3 Tage später...bei mäßigem, normalem Essen....+ 0.5 kg.
 Did Hepafast 10 days. 3.5 kg lost. Unfortunately nothing has changed in the waist size. I'm curious, when I eat halfway "normal" again, how quickly it will go up again. Can't do this diet in the long run.
ok ... .. now 3 days later ... with moderate, normal food .... + 0.5 kg.
