Unglaublich SCHLECHT! Aber keine Sorge, ich lasse sicher nicht locker! Bad customer service, actually none at all. There is a standard mail on complaint and then no more reaction to my 3 other mails. Unbelievably bad! But don't worry, I'm sure not to give up!

Die VerkäuferInnen sind allesamt total freundlich, bemüht und hilfsbereit - vor allem aber kompetent! Das Highlight für Kids ist das Baumhaus - ein Klettergerüst inkl. Rutschen, welches sich vom Erdgeschoss bis ins zweite OG erstreckt! Macht das Shopping für Familien, Mamas, Papas, Omas oder Opas natürlich um vieles angenehmer ? Entweder bricht die Oberfläche bei der ersten Querverschnürung oder das Innenfutter im Fersenbereich. Garantie Zeit 2 Jahre. Mir wurde einmal der Schuh getauscht und der neue Austausch Schuh hielt genau 3 Monate dann war der Fersenbereich wieder kaputt. Stellungsnahme schriftlich von Salomon-Pech gehabt da die Erstrechnung über 2 jahre alt ist. Ein Witz FALLNUMMER 01573637 Hello. If possible, consider buying Salomon shoes, especially XA models. Either the surface breaks at the first cross lacing or the inner lining in the heel area. Warranty time 2 years. My shoe was exchanged once and the new exchange shoe lasted exactly 3 months then the heel area was broken again. Ich habe über viele Jahre unzählige Salomon Laufschuhe gekauft und mich über die permanent auftretenden Bruchschäden beim XA Pro 3D Ultra GTX und XA Pro 3D geärgert - nun habe ich ein Problem bei einem S/Lab mit einer Nahtstelle/Verklebung und dieses im Garantiezeitraum eingereicht. Leider wird diese Garantieforderung abgelehnt, mit der Begründung, das Problem sei noch nicht groß genug! Auch meine höfliche Bitte um kulante Abwicklung wird negiert! Das war's mit Salomon - Meine Kulanz über viele Jahre mit aufbrechenden Oberstoffen ist nun auch zu Ende! Ich werde keine Produkte mehr von dieser Marke kaufen und diese auch nicht mehr weiterempfehlen! Complaint management at the lowest level!
