★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant! Any fan of Santa Maria Novella or Kiehls should dash here ASAP. They're justifiably famous for their own skin and hair care products, but also carry carefully-curated brands like Weleda, Ren and Dr. Bronner. Prices are relatively high but quality is indisputable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unfortunately the only shop to get Aesop in Vienna. No one bothered to give me any consultation at all, ended up looking it up on the Internet. Was not even possible to get a pump for the cleanser I bought, let alone my handwash were it broke on a flight. According to the assistant for the cleanser it is not supposed that there is a pump. However, clearly bought the same one in London with one. So for the future, its a pity but I will buy my Aesop products again only in its stores outside Vienna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the decor of the shop, the vintage glass bottles full of syrups and solutions were very tempting. I ended up purchasing propolis candies, cream deodorant and CBD tea and I love them three.
