I had a terrible experience with them a distributor.
I brought them a big nice project where I specified them and I helped with providing a proper design package to the client that he approved.
They went behind my back at the end and sold directly to the client, I talked to the export manager and the owner but the insisted that what they did was right and that I did not even deserve a commission.
Things might be okay if you're an end user, but if you're a distributor or an agent, you gotta keep your eyes open and don't give them your trust.
