★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bedienung freundlich und flott, Essen war hübsch angerichtet und schmeckte sehr gut (feiges Schaf Salat, geröstete Knödl Holzfäller Art). Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Wer also gerne mal ein bisschen Wirtshausküche am Rathausplatz genießen möchte ist hier richtig.
 The service was friendly and brisk, the food was nicely presented and tasted very good (cowardly sheep salad, roasted dumplings, lumberjack style). Price performance ratio is okay. So if you would like to enjoy a bit of tavern cuisine on Rathausplatz, this is the right place for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Lokal liegt mitten am Rathausplatz, nettes Interieur, es gibt eine gigantomanische, saubequeme Couch in einer Nische, wo auch 8 Leute hinpassen. Die Karte bietet breit gefächert österreichische Küche zu anständigen Preisen. Personal ist sehr, sehr nett. Das Essen war in Ordnung, wenn man von sehr grob geschnittenem Suppengemüse (zentimeterdicke Karottenscheiben), großen Stückchen in der Knoblauchsuppe und einem gefühlten Kilo Zwiebel auf Petersilienkartoffeln (wieso nur) absieht. Schnitzel war gut, aber wenn die Beilage dann so kreativ zubereitet wird, bleiben leider nur 3 Sterne, vielleicht werdens nächstes mal ja noch 4. Ich komme bei Gelegenheit wieder.
The restaurant is in the middle of the town hall square, nice interior, there is a gigantic, neatly comfortable couch in a niche, which also fits 8 people. The menu offers a wide range of Austrian cuisine at reasonable prices. Staff is very very nice. The food was okay, apart from the very coarsely chopped soup vegetables (carrot slices centimeter thick), large pieces in the garlic soup and what feels like a kilo of onion on parsley potatoes (why only). Schnitzel was good, but if the side dish is prepared so creatively, unfortunately only three stars remain, maybe next time it will be four. I'll be back when I get the chance.
