Das Personal und die Chef Familie waren immer nett und mehr als hilfsbereit. Definitiv sehr empfehlenswert und wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal. Danke für Alles. Macht weiter so?? Thank you for this great vacation. Outstanding breakfast with a varied selection. Even if you come a little later??? The staff and the boss family were always nice and more than helpful. Struttura esternamente curata e parcheggio gratuito. Silvretta card in omaggio. La parte spiacevole riguarda il gestore un ragazzo giovane che ci ha accolto elencandoci i vari divieti interni dell'hotel e le varie sanzioni che avremmo preso io e la mia compagna in caso di errore, infine ci ha detto per qualsiasi cosa chiamatemi (fase accoglienza). Per 5 giorni non si è visto nessuno nella struttura. Il giorno del check out suona il telefono alle 7.50 ripetutamente disturbandoci. Era il gestore che ci ricordava il check out per le 9 chiedendoci più volte l'orario preciso in cui avremmo lasciato la stanza noi abbiamo detto 8.30 - 9.00. Abbiamo lasciato la stanza entro per le 8.30 aspettando 15 minuti il gestore che non si è visto per questo ce ne siamo andati lasciando le chiavi in stanza. Accoglienza molto fredda. Struttura interna polverosa e cupa. Gestore non adatto per lavori al pubblico. Letti non adatti per persone della mia statura 182cm non riuscivo a distendermi senza battere sulle soglie. Dispiace molto da viaggiatore non poter essere riconoscente con ogni struttura che ci accoglie. Spero che sia da monito per un miglioramento. The hotel is strategically located between Ischl and Galtur. The smiling and kind blonde lady. Externally cared for structure and free parking. Silvretta card for free. The unfortunate part concerns the manager a young boy who welcomed us by listing the various internal prohibitions of the hotel and the various penalties that I and my partner would have taken in case of error, finally he told us for anything call me (welcome phase) . For 5 days no one was seen in the facility. The day of check out the phone rings at 7.50 repeatedly disturbing us. It was the manager who reminded us to check out for 9 am asking us several times the exact time when we would leave the room we said 8.30 - 9.00. We left the room by 8.30 waiting 15 minutes for the manager who did not show up for this reason we left leaving the keys in the room. Very cold welcome. Dusty and gloomy internal structure. Manager not suitable for public works. Beds not suitable for people of my height 182cm I could not stretch out without hitting the thresholds. As a traveler, we are very sorry not to be grateful with every structure that welcomes us. I hope it is a warning for an improvement.
