Frau Frey nur wundern....Wir versuchen seit Dezember 2021 einen Besichtigungstermin für eine Immobilie in 1130 Wien mit Frau Frey zu vereinbaren. Leider ist uns das nicht möglich da die Dame alle Termine kurzfristig absagt oder nur dann Zeit findet (Lieblingstermin Mittwoch) wenn wir nicht können da wir berufstätig sind! Ein neuerlicher Versuch im Jänner 2022 endete leider wieder nur mit Terminvorschlag am Mittwoch seitens Frau Frey,obwohl wir explizit einige Tage genannt haben wo uns eine Besichtigung möglich wäre.Auf unser letztes Mail kam dann 1 Woche später eine Rückantwort und wir konnten endlich die Immobilie besichtigen. Wobei wir denken das war auf die schlechte Bewertung zurück zuführen. Frau Frey war überaus höflich und hatte alle erforderlichen Unterlagen bei der Hand, half sogar beim Ausmessen. We can only wonder about the good ratings regarding Ms. Frey... We have been trying to arrange a viewing appointment for a property in 1130 Vienna with Ms. Frey since December 2021. Unfortunately, this is not possible for us because the lady cancels all appointments at short notice or only finds time (favorite date Wednesday) when we can't because we are working! Unfortunately, a new attempt in January 2022 ended with Ms. Frey only suggesting an appointment on Wednesday, although we explicitly mentioned a few days when we would be able to view it. A week later we got a reply to our last email and we were finally able to view the property . We think that was due to the bad rating. Mrs. Frey was extremely polite and had all the necessary documents at hand, even helping with the measurements.
