Sonst scheint platzmäßig und personalmäßig alles beim Alten geblieben zu sein. Ich habe das Reisebüro zwar wegen Covid-19 seit mehreren Monaten nicht mehr genutzt, kann aber von früher bestätigen, dass das Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent ist und sich Zeit für eine individuelle Beratung nimmt. Dadurch kann es auch vorkommen, dass man etwas warten muss, wenn gerade andere Kundschaft früher anwesend ist. Aber man kann im EKZ in der Zwischenzeit was anderes einkaufen gehen oder sich im daneben liegenden Kaffee die Zeit vertreiben (derzeit allerdings Corona-bedingt geschlossen). The travel agency on the 1st floor of the Interspar Sandleitengasse shopping center has now moved 1 restaurant (10 meters). Otherwise everything seems to have stayed the same in terms of space and personnel. I haven't used the travel agency for several months because of Covid-19, but I can confirm from earlier that the staff is very friendly and competent and takes the time for individual advice. As a result, it can also happen that you have to wait a little while other customers are present earlier. But in the meantime you can go shopping in the EKZ or pass the time in the coffee shop next to it (currently closed due to Corona).
