Trotz einer sehr heterogenen großen Gruppe (Nationalitäten und Alter) und den COVID-Beschränkungen war die Organisation insgesamt gut. Hassan und sein Bruder hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen und waren zuvorkommend. Außerdem gab es einige Programmangebote in Mekka. I was at the end of 2021 Umrah with Sky Danubia. Tour guides were Hassan and his brother. Despite a very heterogeneous large group (nationalities and age) and the COVID restrictions, the organization was overall good. Hassan and his brother always had an open ear for questions and were courteous. There were also some programs on offer in Mecca.

Das Programm wurde so organisiert, sodass man neben der Umrah und die Aktivitäten viel Zeit hatte selbstständig was zu unternehmen— ohne an der Gruppe gebunden zu sein. Selbst die Zeit, die man mit der Gruppe verbracht hat, war sehr angenehm und einladend. Großen Dank an den Reiseleiter Hassan und Waleed für ihre Bemühungen! Denn trotz den strengen COVID Einschränkungen haben sie uns einen reibungslosen Besuch zu den heiligen Standorten ermöglicht. Und der Umgang war sehr angenehm, da sie immer erreichbar und höflich waren. Auf die Älteren und all jene, die eine gewisse Beschränkung hatten, wurde ebenfalls Rücksicht genommen und unterstützt. Außerdem sind sie so gut wie möglich auf die individuellen Wünsche eingegangen, was natürlich bei einer recht großen Gruppe etwas anstrengend sein kann. Dennoch waren sie ganz geduldig und ruhig und haben alles ganz gut und professionell unter einem Dach gebracht. Daher kann ich Sky Danubia definitiv mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und würde sie selbst für weitere Reisen wählen. Nochmals Danke und weiterhin viel Erfolg جزاكم الله كل خير ? The program was organized in such a way that in addition to the umrah and the activities, you had plenty of time to do something independently — without being tied to the group. Even the time spent with the group was very enjoyable and welcoming. Big thanks to the tour guide Hassan and Waleed for their efforts! Because despite the strict COVID restrictions, they made it possible for us to visit the holy sites without any problems. And it was very pleasant to deal with as they were always available and polite. The elderly and all those who had a certain limitation were also taken into account and supported. In addition, they responded as well as possible to the individual wishes, which of course can be a bit exhausting with a fairly large group. Nevertheless, they were very patient and calm and brought everything under one roof very well and professionally. E	Elif Tekinkus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben gerade unsere Umrah Reise hinter uns elhamdulillah ? wir waren generell zufrieden mit der Organisation und mit den Organisatoren Hassan und Waleed. Beide waren immer sehr nett, höflich und hilfsbereit. Haben versucht schnell auf Fragen einzugehen. Dafür danke ich beiden sehr. Die Hotels waren sehr nah zu Mescidi nebevi und Kaba. Das fanden wir sehr super! Gute Hotel Auswahl vorallem in Medina ( Al rawda royal inn war vl 20 sek entfernt von Mescidi Nebevi und Infinity Hotel ca 6-8 Minuten von Kabaa) Aufgrund von Corona wurde generell unser Leben komplizierter und so auch bisschen die Umrah, aber elhamdulillah war es leichter als wir dachten ?? Die Organisatoren haben die Umrah gut organisiert trotz der Corona Umstände. Man hat zu 70% freie Tage gehabt (ein Paar Programmpunkte gab es wie Besuche zu Uhud, Hira, Arafat, Mina, Muzdalifa) und daher ist man nicht wirklich an die Gruppe gebunden. Man kann daher sehr viel einkaufen, eigenständig die Städte erkundigen usw. Für jeden wurde pro Person 5L zam zam Wasser am Flughafen ebenso organisiert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Organisation und wünschen und inshaAllah auch die Hajj zu machen. InshaAllah ??? JazakAllahu khayran für alles! We have just finished our Umrah trip elhamdulillah ? we were generally satisfied with the organization and with the organizers Hassan and Waleed. Both were always very nice, polite and helpful. Tried to answer questions quickly. Thank you both very much for that. The hotels were very close to Mescidi nebevi and Kaba. We thought that was really great! Good selection of hotels, especially in Medina (Al rawda royal inn was 20 seconds from Mescidi Nebevi and Infinity Hotel about 6-8 minutes from Kabaa) Due to Corona our life became generally more complicated and so did the Umrah, but elhamdulillah it was easier than we thought ?? The organizers organized the Umrah well despite the Corona circumstances. You had 70% free days (there were a couple of program items such as visits to Uhud, Hira, Arafat, Mina, Muzdalifa) and therefore you are not really tied to the group. You can therefore shop a lot, inquire about the cities independently, etc. For each person 5L zam zam water was also organized at the airport. We were very satisfied with the organization and wish and inshaAllah to do Hajj too. InshaAllah ??? JazakAllahu khayran for everything!
