E	Edith König on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Reise nach Australien wurde vom Veranstalter leider so gewählt, dass der Anschlussflug in Sydney (es muss vom nationalen auf den internationalen Flughafen gewechselt werden) so eng bemessen war, dass der Flug nur erreicht wurde, weil er Verspätung hatte. Ebenso ist die genaue Information über die Transportstopps (Gate und Fluggesellschaft) nicht in den Reiseinformationen enthalten. Erst ein Ortsansässiger konnte hier weiterhelfen. Die erste Beschwerde diesbezüglich liegt bereits Monate zurück (19.10.2017), jedoch findet es offensichtlich niemand der Mühe wert, sich um einen gravierenden Mangel wie diesen zu kümmern. Im direkten Gespräch mit den Reisemittlern wurde erneut extra auf eine unmögliche Einhaltung der von ihnen getätigten Planung hingewiesen. Dies wird abgetan mit einem "na ist sich dann mit der Verspätung eh ausgegangen den Anschlussflug zu erreichen". Schön zu sehen, dass man als Kunde ernst genommen wird. Unfortunately, my trip to Australia was chosen by the organizer so that the connecting flight in Sydney (it has to be switched from the national to the international airport) was so small that the flight was only achieved because it was delayed. Likewise, the exact information about the transport stops (gate and airline) is not included in the travel information. Only a local resident could help here. The first complaint in this regard was already months ago (October 19, 2017), but obviously nobody finds it worthwhile to take care of a serious deficiency like this. In direct conversation with the travel agents, it was again pointed out that it was impossible to comply with the planning they had made. This is dismissed with a "well then it was late to reach the connecting flight anyway". It's nice to see that customers are taken seriously.

Sollten wir tatsächlich wieder einmal Zeit haben und eine Reise buchen, dann wieder bei Klaudia und ihrem Team. The advice was just great! The selected hotel was a perfect match for us and the vacation was absolutely GREAT. Should we actually have time again and book a trip, then again with Klaudia and her team.
