★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable buses, free WiFi on board, easy booking tickets online and no need to print tickets, only show the bar code on the phone to the driver to scan it. Good prices off peak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I payed extra to reserve seat, which I never got. Driver told us to find our selves a place. I payed extra for panorama seat which I never got. At the end I was looking for any place in a crowded bus. Customer support of Flix had no response.
Note: Month ago I had a similar situation where drier "chased me away" to some other seat because that one was reserved.
So, when I don't pay extra for reserved seat I have a problem. When I do pay extra I again have a problem.
I don't think that Flix is coordinating anything with a transport companies Very bad experience...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used the bus regularly to get to different cities withing Austria and Europe.
For Austria or is a very good alternative to the train. Especially the price and flexibility are benefits of the bus.
Lately it's is very overcrowded most of the time and the bus driver sometimes does not speak English or German very well which makes it hard to ask questions.
I had a problem with switched luggage once and the phone support was not reachable, even if they say that they are on the website. There was just no support available and I had to figure out how to get my luggage back without them.
Most of the time the driver is friendly and drive safe, tho.
