Als ich jedoch für eine Reise ein mega Angebot über Ruefa erhalten habe und Top zufrieden mit der Beratung war, wusste ich, dass ich definitiv wieder kommen werde. An dieser Stelle ein großes Dankeschön an Verena, welche immer und sofort per Mail Angebote nachsendet und immer sofort erreichbar ist und sich Zeit nimmt. Man spart sich dadurch Zeit, da man immer die Angebote per Link durchsehen kann, wenn man selbst am Besten Zeit hat. Normally book everything yourself on the internet. However, when I received a mega offer on Ruefa for a trip and Top was pleased with the advice, I knew I would definitely come back. Außerdem konnte sie zum Ablauf des Fluges keine Infos geben und meinte "das wisse sie nicht", ging in das Reisebüro um mich zu informieren und zu buchen. Im Endeffekt sagte sie, sie müsse das erst suchen und hat keine Zeit und das ist so viel Arbeit obwohl ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt ihre einzige Kundin war. Nicht professionell, werde mich an ein anderes Reisebüro wenden, und dieses Reisebüro ganz sicher nicht mehr aufsuchen. Hier fühlt man sich sehr Willkommen und einfach gut Aufgehoben. Durch den neuen Standort in Gleisdorf, wirkt auch das Büro jetzt sehr einladend sowie Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Prädikat sehr empfehlenswert ? Competent advice and service, especially praiseworthy is Fr. Olivia Prem to mention, a great, warm professional. Here you feel very welcome and just picked up well. Due to the new location in Gleisdorf, the office is now very inviting and parking is sufficiently available. Predicate highly recommended ?
