★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der "Bulle" von Chef ist großartig, man erfahrt sofort ungeschönt wie und warum und was .. mit seinem Auto los ist! Reparaturangebot war höher als der tatsächliche Endpreis! Wo hat man sowas schon, dass es BILLIGER wird?! Super!!!
The "cop" from boss is great, you get to know how and why and what is going on with his car immediately! Repair offer was higher than the actual final price! Where do you have something, that it will be cheaper? Super!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein unfreundliche Begegnung nur um zu erfahren ob das Auto fertig ist. Sachen werden eingebaut und verrechnet ohne vorherige Absprache. Wenn das Auto fahrbar ist und eine lange Wartezeit auf Ersatzteile ist dann sollte man das Fahrzeug den Kunden geben und wenn die Teile da sind anrufen und die Ersatzteile dann einbauen und nicht das Fahrzeug 2 Wochen stehen lassen.
An unfriendly encounter just to find out if the car is ready. Things are installed and charged without prior agreement. If the car is mobile and there is a long waiting time for spare parts, then you should give the vehicle to the customer and if the parts are there, call and then install the spare parts and not leave the vehicle for 2 weeks.
