Uncomplicated and without prior notice, I was helped as a tourist for a little something (loose license plate holder) for a tip. Very well!

Der erste Besuch in der Werkstatt zur Fehlersuche war sogar umsonst - nur ein Trinkgeld hat's gekostet. Und dann der "Notfall" - mit zwei hungrigen, müden Kindern in der Tiefgarage und das Auto läuft nicht mehr an... Das Autohaus war auch Abends um 19:30 Uhr erreichbar und innerhalb von 10 Minuten war ein Mitarbeiter vor Ort, um das Auto zu starten. Am nächsten Tag wurde die Batterie getauscht und wir konnten den Urlaub fortsetzen. Vielen Dank für die schnelle und kompetente Hilfe! M	Michael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kann ich diese Autohaus nicht weiterempfehlen, zumindest nicht wenn man als Urlauber darauf angewiesen ist...! In meinem Fall war ein Verbindungsrohr des AGR undicht und folglich gelangten im Stand Abgase in den Fahrgastraum. Die Diagnose des Problems (welche sich im Nachgang bewahrheitete) erfolgte nur auf Basis meiner Fehlerbeschreibung ohne das Fahrzeug zu begutachten. Prinzipiell spricht dies für die Kompetenz des AHs, trotzdem fragwürdig aus meiner Sicht. Zu dem kam das Gefühl auf eine Last zu sein, getreu dem Motto " Vorsicht Kunde droht mit Auftrag". Was die technisch Durchführung betrifft, so kann ich dies nicht beurteilen, jedoch hoffe ich doch das hier die VW Standards Anwendung gefunden haben. In Bezug auf die Rechnungslegung kam dann das grosse Erwachen. Zum einen wurden eine Position, welche eigentlich bereits in einer anderen Arbeitsposition enthalten ist, ein weiteres Mal aufgeführt (nach Reklamationen wurde es gutgeschrieben) und zum anderen gab es auf die Materialien einen Uplift i.H.v. 15%. Ein, zwei kleinere Punkte lasse ich mal aussen vor. Schlussendlich wäre die Reparatur, nach Rücksprache mit meinem hiesigen VW Vertragspartner, in Dtl. halb so teuer gewesen...! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealership, at least not if you are dependent on it as a holidaymaker ...! In my case, a connection pipe of the EGR was leaking and as a result, exhaust gases got into the passenger compartment when the vehicle was stationary. The diagnosis of the problem (which subsequently proved to be true) was only made on the basis of my description of the fault without inspecting the vehicle. In principle, this speaks for the competence of the AH, but still questionable from my point of view. In addition, there was the feeling of being on a load, true to the motto "Caution, customer threatens with order". As far as the technical implementation is concerned, I cannot judge this, but I hope that the VW standards have been applied here. Then came the big awakening in relation to accounting. On the one hand, a position that is actually already included in another work position was listed again (it was credited after complaints) and on the other hand, there was an uplift in the amount of the materials. 15%. I'll leave out one or two smaller points. Ultimately, the repair, after consulting my local VW contract partner, would be in Germany. half as expensive ...!

The tire size was not really common, but they still managed to replace the tires within 3 days. They even sended me text messages to keep me up-to-date on the progress. I communicated with them in german, but I write this review in English because of al the tourists that visit Schladming every year. So if you are on holiday in (or around) Schladming, and you have car trouble, I would totally recommend this garage! Great service for a fair price!
