D	Dave Valler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic place to stop halfway down the Hartkaiser mountain. Really old with great landscaped gardens and hidden bits for kids to play. A standard selection of mountain food, but service and quality was great. Brilliant views and traditional building make for a great place to stop.

We should have made a reservation however we could not get through the day before our visits. The kitchen however managed to put something nice together and so we enjoyed our visit, it was certai ly worth the walk from the village. It's interesting to see that a large facility like Rübezahl easily stresses out. Probably a bit more structure would do well to the service.

It came after 2 Minutes and was obviously heated in the Microwave Oven. Usually you have to wait for a Kaiserschmarrn and it's freshly made just for you. We even ordered a new one - what I never did in any restaurant before - and it was again just the same desaster. At least the waitress was really nice - it's not her fault, that the kitchen can't handle traditional austrian food.
T	Tim Lowe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to ask to be served as no one came to our table for 15 mins. Shockingly slow service - over 50 mins and still no food. Half-hearted apology. Nothing mentioned the delay when we ordered. After 30 mins we were told our food was in its way. It never arrived. So unlike the rest of our ski trip. Everywhere else they are really quick polite and friendly. It's a shame as the building and decor is really quaint. Will not be going back.

It was served after a few minutes and therefore could not be freshly made. It was only warmed up apparently it had been standing around for a while before. It was not soft and fluffy, but slabbery and a bit chewy. Fresh served, it would be a good meal. Unfortunately, we sent it back. The second was also only warmed up. Too bad! and that in Austria!
