So we just left without ordering anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food always tasty and has good service. Would recommend at least one meal here while in Ellmau. It has more of a cafe feel and doesn't have the traditional interior of the older resteraunts, but it's chilled out and perfect for a relaxed meal anytime.
