Die Preise sind überschaubar, vor allem wenn man bedenkt, dass man hier noch echten Kundenservice für sein Geld bekommt. Wenn man sein Fahrzeug abholt, kann man sicher sein das auch die Kleinigkeiten bedacht wurden. Ob Beleuchtung, Ölstand oder andere Verbrauchsstoffe, alles wird kontrolliert und ggf. nachgebessert. Was mir persönlich am besten gefällt, ist die Transparenz. Fotos der Arbeiten / der getauschten Teile, sowie eine ausführliche Nachbesprechung des Auftrages gehören zum Standard Repertoire. Außerdem hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit bei der Durchführung der Arbeiten.
Die einwandfreie Abarbeitung des Kernpunktes des Auftrags, auch unter Zeitdruck, einschließlich der vielen "kleineren" Servicetätigkeiten machen diesen echten Fachbetrieb aus.
Ab sofort meine Nummer 1 Adresse in Sachen Kfz.
PS: RS-Werks Aufkleber sind scheinbar ebenfalls Teil der Kundenpflege ;)

Very friendly, competent team.
The prices are manageable, especially considering that you still get real customer service for your money. If you pick up your vehicle, you can be sure that even the little things were considered. Whether lighting, oil level or other consumables, everything is controlled and, if necessary, improved. What I personally like best is transparency. Photos of the works / the exchanged parts, as well as a detailed debriefing of the order belong to the standard repertoire. Also to be highlighted is the cleanliness of the work.
The perfect execution of the core point of the order, even under time pressure, including the many "smaller" service activities make this real specialist company.
From now on my number 1 address in matters of car.
PS: RS-Werks stickers are apparently also part of the customer care;)
