★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Reisender Monteur bin ich es gewohnt ab und zu Mal einen Steinschlag zu kassieren.
Bei Ford Modellen ist dass ganze tauschen kostspieliger.
War also nicht erfreut als es Freitag Abend passierte...
Am nächsten Tag einfach in der ÖAMTC zentrale angerufen und gefragt welche Stelle Dienst hat.
Die Dame am Telefon meinte es kann sein dass es zum warten wird weil schon einige Termine vergeben sind aber nach ~10min wurde mein Auto schon in die Werkstatt gebracht.
Der Mechaniker meinte anfangs er ist sich nicht sicher ob er es hinbekommt, weil es auch einige Risse gab aber nach 30min bekam ich mein Auto zurück und der Steinschlag wurde ausgemerzt.
Zusätzlich wurden meine Flüssigkeiten aufgefüllt.
Nun weiß ich dass mein Galaxy keine elektronische ölanzeige hat ?
Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.
Wenn Mal wieder etwas mit meinem Auto sein sollte weiß ich wo ich hinfahren kann und auch werde ☺️?

With Ford models, replacing the whole thing is more expensive.
So wasn't happy when it happened Friday night...
The next day, simply call the ÖAMTC headquarters and ask which office is on duty.
The lady on the phone said there might be a wait because some appointments have already been made, but after ~10 minutes my car was brought to the workshop.
The mechanic initially said he wasn't sure if he could fix it because there were a few cracks, but after 30 minutes I got my car back and the stone chip was fixed.
In addition, my fluids were refilled.
Now I know that my Galaxy doesn't have an electronic oil display ?
The staff were very friendly.
If something should happen with my car again, I know where I can go and will ☺️?

Hatte eine Steinschlag auf der A1 bei meinem BMW und bin dann gleich vorbeigefahren, wurde sofort repariert und der Schaden/Reparatur (€65,-) wird sogar von meiner Versicherung bezahlt. Super, schnell und sehr freundliches Personal! Vielen Dank! ?

I had a rockfall on the A1 near my BMW and then drove right by, it was repaired immediately and the damage / repair (€ 65, -) is even paid for by my insurance company. Great, fast and very friendly staff! Thanks very much! ?
