★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sendungszustellung dauerte ewig und ursprünglich wäre eine telefonische Terminvereinbarung vorgemerkt gewesen( wurde nicht gemacht). Nach telefonischer Rücksprache gab es keine Möglichkeit einer terminlichen Zustellung. Sehr unfreundlich am Telefon! Für ein Speditionsunternehmen nicht kundenorientiert!
Delivery took forever and originally a telephone appointment would have been reserved (was not made). After consultation by phone, there was no possibility of delivery by appointment. Very rude on the phone! Not customer-oriented for a forwarding company!

I don't know, maybe I had a bad day, but My unloading (half of the trailer) was like arrival 6:20 immediately ramp ramp departure 11:10 ????
