Die Test-Strasse ist wirklich toll organisiert, alle Achtung, UND!! ich habe dort immer nur freundliche Mitarbeiter erleben können :-) I was now for the 4th time testing there. The test street is really well organized, respect, AND!! I've only ever seen friendly staff there :-)
G	Gabriele Spannring on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute beim Testzentrum Münchendorf. Vor allem schätze ich die Arbeit, die täglich für die Bevölkerung gemacht wird. Aber ich möchte jenen Mitarbeiter, der mir den Test um ca. 10:50 ausgegeben hat, negativ erwähnen: Ich wurde von ihm so angeschaut, dass ich einen Moment Reaktionsfähigkeit war. Begonnen hat es damit, dass lt. Behörde die Sozialversicherungsnummer auf einem A4 Blatt ins Autofenster zu legen ist. Er hat mich schon etwas ungut darauf hingewiesen, dass es bei Ihnen anders ist. Dann gab er mir ein Testkit in die Hand. Ich dachte, dass ich jetzt nach Hause fahren und mich selbst testen muss. Hätte er gleich erwähnt, dass es sich um einen Gratistest fürs nächste Mal handelt, hätte das Missverständnis vermieden werden können. Daraufhin ist er fast ausgerastet und wollte mich gar nicht mehr testen. Dir Dame, die dann den PCR Test durchgeführt hat war freundlich. Sie sagte, sie hätte alles mitgehen und es sei nicht das erste Mal, dass er so reagiert hat. Es hätten sich schon mehr Personen beschwert. Man könnte die Eskalation vermeiden, wenn zB vor der Einfahrt schon ein Hinweis steht: bitte Ecard bereithalten und gleich dazusagen, dass man einen Gratis Test erhält. I was at the test center in Munich village today. Above all, I appreciate the work that is done every day for the population. But I would like to give a negative mention to the employee who gave me the test at around 10:50: He gave me such a look that I was responsive for a moment. It started with the fact that, according to the authorities, the social security number must be placed on an A4 sheet of paper in the car window. He pointed out to me, somewhat uneasily, that yours is different. Then he handed me a test kit. I thought that now I have to go home and test myself. If he had mentioned right away that it was a free test for the next time, the misunderstanding could have been avoided. Then he almost freaked out and didn't want to test me anymore. The lady who then carried out the PCR test was friendly. She said she called everything and it wasn't the first time he'd reacted that way. More people would have complained. You could avoid the escalation if, for example, there was already a notice in front of the entrance: please have your e-card ready and say right away that you are getting a free test.

Wartezeit war erträglich, super organisiert, sehr freundliches Personal und das trotz einem Sonntag und es gab sogar noch kostenlose Antigen Tests für zu Hause als "Goodie". Von daher sehr empfehlenswert - zumindest aus Sicht der Testung. Like most of those who have been here lately, we were also allowed to present ourselves here today for an official PCR test. Waiting time was bearable, well organized, very friendly staff, despite it being a Sunday, and there were even free antigen tests to take home as a "goodie". Therefore highly recommended - at least from the point of view of testing.

Ich möchte mich auf diese Weise für die kompetente und äußerst freundliche Behandlung bedanken. Ein großes Lob an das Team... das ist heute nicht mehr selbstverständlich. In diesem Sinne alles Gute.... Ihr seid einfach Spitze. Dear Team! On February 16th, 2022 I was with my partner in the test street in Münchendorf due to the suspicion of Covid-19 disease. I would like to say thank you for the competent and extremely friendly treatment. Kudos to the team... that's no longer a matter of course these days. In this sense all the best.... You guys are great.
