J	Juergen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installation vor 10 Monaten war gut, leider ist meine Freude über die eigentlich tolle Bewässerungsanlage getrübt worden durch die Reaktion beim ersten Problem das aufgetreten ist. Es gibt hier mit Sicherheit immer 2 Sichtweisen dazu, allerdings sieht bei mir Kundenorientierung bzw. angemessener Umgang mit Kunden bei auftretenden Problemen halt anders aus als der Verweis auf den Webshop bzw. den Hinweis auf einen kostenpflichtigen Neukauf einer Komponente die nach einigen Monaten defekt wird. So günstig ist die Bewässerungsanlage auch nicht gewesen. Installation 10 months ago was good, unfortunately my joy about the really great irrigation system was clouded by the reaction to the first problem that occurred. There are definitely two perspectives here, but for me customer orientation or appropriate handling of customers when problems arise just looks different than the reference to the web shop or the reference to a paid purchase of a component that becomes defective after a few months. The irrigation system was not that cheap either.

Ich überlegte schon seit einem Jahr, eine Gartenbewässerungsanlage installieren zu lassen und habe auch verschiedene Angebote eingeholt. Am Ende (Juni 2020) hat RainTime den Auftrag bekommen. Ich habe einfach auf mein Bauchgefühl geachtet und ich lag voll und ganz richtig damit. Freundlicher Erstkontakt und sehr kompetente Beratung von einem langjärigen Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens. Ein sehr fairer Preis wie ich meine (im Vergleich zu allen anderen Angeboten die ich davor schon von anderen Firmen erhalten hatte). Ein ganz tolles MontageTeam, die ihre Arbeit ganz toll und professionell leisteten und mit Sorgfalt und guten Ideen vor Ort umgesetzt haben. Ich kann nur sagen, vielen Dank und ich werde sie weiterempfehlen ? Ps: Der Chef des Unternehmens kann stolz auf seine Mitarbeiter sein LG H.O. A very fair price as I think (compared to all other offers that I had previously received from other companies).
