Diese kann man mit den 0815 Sorten wie Big Bud, White Widdow, Amnesia & co überhaupt nicht vergleichen! Ich kenn die Pflanzen von fast allen Shops aus Graz und auch von den "großen" in Österreich, wie Flowery Field, Krumme Gurken & co und ich kann mit Gewissheit sagen, dass Roots die schönsten und vor allem vitalsten Pflanzen anbietet. Außerdem ist das Personal um einiges kompetenter als bei vielen anderen Shops, bei denen man sonst als Kunde oft mehr Ahnung hat als die Verkäufer. Meanwhile there are very exclusive genetics from America at Roots, which are absolutely unique in Austria. You cannot compare them with the 0815 varieties such as Big Bud, White Widdow, Amnesia & co! I know the plants from almost all shops in Graz and also from the "big ones" in Austria, such as Flowery Field, Krumme Gurken & co. And I can say with certainty that Roots offers the most beautiful and most vital plants. In addition, the staff is a lot more competent than at many other shops, where you as a customer often have more idea than the sellers.

Danke nochmals für die nette und kompetente Beratung. Komme gerne wieder und kann es nur weiterempfehlen! Übrigens opferte der Angestellte auch die Mittagspause für mich! I was looking for a shop like this for a long time and finally found it here due to several positive recommendations! Thanks again for the nice and competent advice. I would love to come back and can only recommend it! By the way, the clerk also sacrificed the lunch break for me!

Monatlicher Stammgast.. und was die 2 mit einer Stern Bewertung von sich geben stimmt auf keinen Fall! Für mich ist sowas rufschädigung. Nur weil ihr 2 anscheinend "eingeraucht" wart, braucht sowas nicht behauptet werden! Aber am besten selber schauen und Meinung Bilden!! Mein shop des Vertrauens ! Nur empfehlenswert .. Super store.! Best advice from A-Z. Whether in Graz or Voitsberg, every employee knows exactly what he is doing and is happy to share his knowledge with customers. Monthly regular guest .. And what the 2 with a star rating say is definitely not true! For me, that’s damage to my reputation. Just because you 2 apparently "smoked" it doesn't need to be said! But it's best to take a look yourself and form an opinion! My shop of trust! Recommended only.
J	Jakob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zu den schlechten Bewertungen kann ich nur sagen, dass die sich auf einen Mitarbeiter beziehen der beim Roots schon seit längerem nicht mehr arbeitet, alle jetzigen Mitarbeiter sind sehr kompetent und freundlich. So eine Kompetenz sucht man in diesere Branche meist vergebens. Die Hanfzierpflanzen sind außerordentlich schön, keine Mängel, keine verbrannten Spitzen, keine Schädlinge und die Stecklinge schaun besser aus als so manche Samenpflanzen. Außerdem gibt es Genetiken von denen man als Hanfzierpflanzen-Enthusiast bis jetzt nur träumen konnte! Wenn so manche Konkurrenz wüsste wie beim Roots gearbeitet wird, hätten sie vor Scham schon zugesperrt :P I can only say about the bad reviews that they refer to an employee who has not worked at Roots for a long time, all current employees are very competent and friendly. Such a competence is usually searched in vain in this branch. The hemp ornamental plants are extraordinarily beautiful, no defects, no burnt tips, no pests and the cuttings look better than some seed plants. There are also genetics you could only dream of as a hemp ornamental enthusiast! If some competition knew how to work with roots, they would have locked themselves out of shame: P

Auch bei den Pflanzen wird versucht auf die Unerfahrenheit des Kunden zu setzen, sehr krasse Preisunterschiede je nach Verkäufer. Die Pflanzengenetik schwankt sehr stark, deswegen insgesamt nur 2 Sterne. The equipment in particular is exaggeratedly EXPENSIVE! With the plants, too, attempts are made to rely on the inexperience of the customer, very blatant price differences depending on the seller. The plant genetics fluctuates very strongly, therefore only 2 stars in total.

Das ist wirklich nicht Kundenfreundlich Ich frag mich da echt wie ein Normalsterblicher der bis 17:00 uhr arbeitet zu euch einkaufen kommen soll. Samstag wäre eine Alternative aber... GESCHLOSSEN. Und ich reg mich so darüber auf weil ihr ja wirklich eine ausgezeichnete Qualität liefert zu der ich jetzt keinen Zugang mehr habe was ich extrem Schad finde. Zusatz: schnelle Antwort macht mich wieder glücklich daher wieder 5 Sterne :-) There are three stars for the new opening times. This is really not customer friendly I really wonder how a normal mortal who works until 5:00 p.m. should come to you for shopping. Saturday would be an alternative but ... CLOSED. And I'm so upset about it because you really deliver an excellent quality to which I now no longer have access, which I find extremely harmful. Addition: quick response makes me happy again, therefore 5 stars again :-)

Wahnsinn!!!!!!! noch nie erlebt! Außerdem wollen sie dir wirklich helfen und dir nicht irgendetwas andrehen... Best advice that I have ever been able to experience by far !! Super friendly and nice! They even take time for you until their lunch break! Insanity!!!!!!! never seen it before! Besides, they really want to help you and not screw you up ...
