Er hat mir das Gefühl gegeben, mich rechtfertigen zu müssen, warum ich zur Mammographie gekommen bin. Zusätzlich hat er sich negativ zu meiner Figur geäußert. Ich habe mich sehr unwohl gefühlt. Als ich ihm das mitgeteilt habe, wurde ich mit den Worten "Alles Gute und auf Wiedersehen" hinaus befördert. Eine derartig erniedrigende Erfahrung habe ich bei einem Arzt/einer Ärztin noch nie gemacht und ich werde nicht mehr zu diesem Arzt gehen. Unfortunately, Dr. Rettl behaved disrespectfully and unprofessionally towards me. He made me feel like I had to justify why I got into mammography. In addition, he made negative comments about my figure. I felt very uncomfortable. When I told him this, I was promoted out with the words "goodbye and goodbye". I have never had such a humiliating experience with a doctor and I will no longer go to that doctor.

Der Doktor bzw beide Ärzte sehr sympathisch , einfühlsam und empathisch. Kann ich wirklich besten Gewissens zu 100 Prozent weiter empfehlen. Die Assistentinnen auch sehr lieb und bemüht. Vielen lieben Dank an das gesamte Team ! I am very satisfied with this radiology practice. Medical or professional always up to date and you are just in good hands. Die Mädels und der Arzt sind total herzlich und sehr lieb . Es ist überhaupt nicht unangenehm und die Atmosphäre sehr locker und entspannt ????? habe mich super aufgehoben gefühlt It was my first time today to go to mammography, there is not exactly the most pleasant visit to the doctor, but I was welcomed totally nice ? S	Sabine F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hat es die Praxis wirklich nötig, FFP-2 Masken für 2,50 Euro zu verkaufen? Muss ich es mir das als Patient gefallen lassen? Vor allem hatte ich 3 Monate auf einen Termin gewartet. Dieser wurde von der Praxis kurzfristig um weitere 3 Wochen verschoben. Den konnte ich dann nicht wahrnehmen. 2 Monate später dann der nächste Termin. Ein Verschieben ist kaum möglich, da ein telefonisches Durchkommen sehr schwer ist oder auch schon mal der Anrufbeantworter nach 10 Minuten dran geht, wenn man 1 Minute vor Praxisschluss anruft (Leider hatte ich die Zeiten nicht im Kopf). Does practice really need to sell FFP-2 masks for 2.50 euros? Do I have to put up with that as a patient? Most of all, I had waited 3 months for an appointment. This was postponed by the practice for another 3 weeks at short notice. I couldn't perceive it then. Then the next appointment 2 months later. Postponing is hardly possible because it is very difficult to get through by phone or the answering machine can be answered after 10 minutes if you call 1 minute before the practice closes (unfortunately I did not have the times in my head).

Untersuchung wurde professionell abgewickelt. - nur zu empfehlen! Was greeted very nicely on the phone and got an appointment on the same day. Investigation was handled professionally. - can only be recommended!
