Als wir dann angerufen haben, sagte man uns: „Komme gleich.“ Aufgetaucht ist nach 25 Minuten kein Mensch und das Telefon wurde nicht mehr beantwortet. Eine weitere Kundin rief ebenfalls an, ebenfalls nicht mehr abgenommen. Frechheit, wenn man kranke Menschen auf so eine Art und Weise abfertigt. Was there at the emergency service on Sunday with a prescription from the hospital. No reaction after 3 rings. When we called, we were told: "Come soon." No one showed up after 25 minutes and the phone was no longer answered. Another customer also called, no longer answered. Impudence when you handle sick people in such a way.
