Liegt zwar nah an der Straße, die aber nicht stört. Wir kommen gerne wieder Nice host family who takes care of the needs of their guests. Ons appartement, nr. 5, heeft een fraai uitzicht op de Hallersee en door de ligging op het zuiden, veel (zon)licht in de woonkamer. De woonkamer is comfortabel ingericht met een ruime eethoek en een comfortabele zit/lounge bank. De keuken is compleet ingericht en voorzien van een (kleine) vaatwasmachine, een inductie kookstel met vier pitten, een oven, magnetron en een koffiezetapparaat. De twee slaapkamers beschikken over een comfortabel bed met goede matrassen. De badkamer is klein, maar functioneel. Tegen betaling, kun je gebruik maken van een wellness ruimte op de begane grond van het gebouw. Je krijgt gedurende twee uur privé toegang tot de ruimte met infraroodsauna, finse sauna, een massagedouche en relaxruimte. Het gebouw beschikt over uitstekende WiFi met prima snelheid. Zelfs streamen van Netflix of Videoland, is geen probleem. In het laagseizoen krijg je bij dit appartement van maandag t/m donderdag gratis gebruik van de kabelbanen in Tannheim, Grän en Nesselwängle erbij. Rondom het appartementengebouw is verder niet zo heel veel te beleven. Het meer ligt op loopafstand, onderaan de weg zit een café, maar voor eten of een boodschap, moet je in Haldensee of Tannheim zijn. Het Tannheimer Tal biedt volop mogelijkheden voor vermaak. Je kunt er fantastisch wandelen en in de winter skieën, snowboarden, langlaufen of rodelen. Wandelen kan al direct vanaf het appartement. De wandelpaden naar Nesselwängle of de recht boven het appartement gelegen Adlerhorst berghut beginnen direct achter het appartement. Leuk aan het Tannheimer Tal is ook nog de nabijheid van Duitsland. Met name Füssen en de vele kastelen, waaronder slot Neuschwanstein, liggen binnen een half uur rijafstand. Beautiful apartment complex with neat, spacious and well-furnished, comfortable apartments. Our apartment, no. 5, has a beautiful view of the Hallersee and due to its location on the south, lots of (sun) light in the living room. The living room is comfortably furnished with a spacious dining area and a comfortable lounge / lounge sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with a (small) dishwasher, an induction stove with four burners, an oven, microwave and a coffee maker. The two bedrooms have a comfortable bed with good mattresses. The bathroom is small, but functional. For a fee, you can use a wellness area on the ground floor of the building. Even streaming Netflix or Videoland is no problem. In low season you get free use of the cable cars in Tannheim, Grän and Nesselwängle from Monday to Thursday. The lake is within walking distance, at the bottom of the road is a café, but for food or a message, you have to be in Haldensee or Tannheim. The Tannheimer Tal offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment. You can enjoy fantastic hiking and in the winter skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing or tobogganing. Walking can be done directly from the apartment. The hiking trails to Nesselwängle or the Adlerhorst mountain hut located directly above the apartment start directly behind the apartment. Nice to the Tannheimer Tal is the proximity of Germany. Especially Füssen and the many castles, including Neuschwanstein Castle, are within half an hour's drive.
