Haus Rosemarie

I have already been to Haus Rosemarie 3 times and each time it was a nice experience.

The homepage should be revised urgently. Especially when it comes to the furnishings of the rooms. We have brought everything that you need in terms of kitchen equipment. But everything was there. That would have saved us a lot of trouble. In general, the apartment principle is a cool thing if there was a shop in the vicinity. All restaurants are more or less open when they want. So there is no guarantee of an open restaurant nearby. Location: Very quiet and extremely remote. The perfect place for absolute peace and relaxation. Picturesque landscape and pure nature. The view in all directions is beautiful. Even the one facing the street. Attention: roads are not cleared like in Germany. Good tires and four-wheel drive are an absolute must! Cleanliness: Everything OK. There is nothing to complain about. However, you have to clean the room yourself on departure. You have to take off your shoes at the entrance. ? Facility: All the furniture was somehow collected at flea markets. Stylistically not really nice and stopped in the 90s. More rustic furnishings would have been more appropriate. Prices: I found it a little too high for the fact that you have to do everything yourself and are neither cleaned nor washed or at least get breakfast. They don't have any personnel costs either ... Everything except the basic equipment costs extra. Cot does not cost anything. Service: Friendly and nice. Good advice on all activities. Arrival and departure: 2 p.m. and 9.30 a.m. departure. I find that a little violent. Especially because you are giving away a day and have a lot to load and unload and you should travel with at least a station wagon because of all the things you have to take with you. The parking spaces are extremely small and the exit is very steep. Internet: Fast but unstable line. Permanent registration via the software. It is said that streaming films (Netflix) etc. is undesirable. Conclusion: If you are on a self-catering holiday with a lot of additional stress, this is the right place for you. But relaxation / coming to rest is something else.

Great location. Very nice homeowner and landlord. Apartment is large and well equipped, but unfortunately a bit getting old. But we felt very comfortable there on New Year's Eve vacation ..

We had a really nice time at Haus Rosemarie! We were warmly welcomed and the house is totally rustic, inviting and clean, the location is very good with parking right in front of the entrance door. Everything you need is in the apartment, nothing to be desired. The ideal starting point for excursions of all kinds and in all directions - it can't get boring. The landlords always have good and valuable tips ready.

Very nice hosts, our dog was also very welcome. Our apartment was clean. And everything except a measuring cup and scissors was there. We can recommend this accommodation ?

We felt very welcome the first time and have been here for the second time. Our dogs have been warmly welcomed and the garden is at your disposal. In the entrance even towels of the hosts for the dogs are ready. We were fulfilled all wishes. So probably we have never felt in a holiday apartment as in the house Rosemarie.☺ The hosts are very cordial and are always with words and deeds available. I can only recommend the house. ? We would like to have stayed.

The Rosemarie house can be recommended as an insider tip with a clear conscience. The apartments are clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you need for daily life. The landlords are very nice, animal-friendly and helpful people who you just have to love. We were there with our dogs for the first time this year, but certainly not for the last time. We are already looking forward to the next vacation at Haus Rosemarie. That's just great. ???

Top hosts! Top facility! Me and my wife were guests for 7 days and we felt very comfortable from the start. Mrs. Feitenhansel and Mr. Pongger are very lovable, helpful hosts. Everything in the holiday apartment is thought through with idealism (that there is still something like that). Her hiking tips and restaurant recommendations (really the most delicious food in the Tannheimer Tal, only 30 meters from Haus Rosemarie) were just perfect. This is how relaxation works! we're looking forward to next time! Best regards From us both
