Die beiden 62m hohen Türme sind sein individuelles Wiedererkennungszeichen. Die Verzierungen im Inneren sind eher zurückhaltend, dafür ist das 20m hohe Deckenkreuzgewölbe eine Besichtigung wert. 1876 wurde die Kirche (Dom ist eigentlich etwas übertrieben ?) im heutigen neugotischen Erscheinungsbild fertiggestellt. The Pongau Cathedral is beautifully located at the upper end of St. Johann and can therefore be seen from afar. The two 62m high towers are his individual recognition mark. The decorations inside are rather restrained, but the 20m high cross vault is worth a visit. In 1876 the church (cathedral is actually a bit exaggerated ?) was completed in today's neo-Gothic appearance.
