Ergebniss: hellbrauner haaransatz! Unsuspecting advisor! I wanted to buy color to blode my dark hairline and an ash blonde tint for the tips. Result: light brown hairline!

Am 7.11 hab ich mich beraten lassen da ich mit 8/1 +9% mit wella gefärbt habe und einen goldigen Ansatz habe ......dachte ich mir lass mich einfach beraten ...ging mit 9/0+9/16+9%und einer colortouch 10/81 nach Hause und das farbergebnis war schlimmer als zuvor... Heute 9.11 ging ich mit meinem farbergebnis wieder rein und hab es einer anderen Kollegin geschildert und sie meinte das war klar das des mit den Farben nix wird....dann hat sie mich beraten damit ich meinen gelb goldstich wegbekomm sie gab mir dann von igora vibrance 9,5-21+9,5-19+1,9% auch ohne Erfolg Bin ziemlich sauer Pretty disappointed within 3 days almost 90 € of hair colors spent despite advice and my hair color is still a Kraus ..... only went to the hairline. On 7.11 I got advice because I dyed with 8/1 + 9% with wella and have a golden approach ...... I thought I just let me advise ... went with 9/0 + 9/16 + 9% and a colortouch 10/81 home and the result was worse than before ... Today 9:11 I went back with my color result and have described it to another colleague and she said that was clear that of the color is nothing .... then she has advised me so I wegbekomm my yellow gold stitch she gave me then by igora vibrance 9,5-21 + 9,5-19 + 1,9% also without success I'm pretty angry
C	Carmen Lauss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde es eine echte Abzocke...hab 95 Euro ausgegeben für ein bisschen Haarfarbe und Pflege....später habe ich noch im Internet recherchiert und habe für die selben Produkte Preise von über der Hälfte weniger gefunden....ich verstehe, dass ein Laden auch leben muss und seine Angestellten zahlen muss, aber mehr als das Doppelte verlangen, empfinde ich als Abzocke! I think it's a real rip off ... I spent 95 euros on a little hair color and care .... later I did some research on the Internet and found prices of over half less for the same products .... I understand that a shop also has to live and its employees have to pay, but more than double that, I consider a rip-off!

Mir wurden zwei Tuben angedreht, die angeblich "Schritt 1" und "Schritt 2" sein sollten. Beim genaueren Recherchieren zu Hause bin ich draufgekommen, dass die Tuben einfach für verschiedene Haarstrukturen sind. Darüber hinaus war es gar keine Keratinbehandlung, sondern eine Glättungscreme. Beim zurückgeben konnten sie mir natürlich nur eine Gutschrift anbieten. 60€ für nichts verloren! Very bad customer service, absolute disappointment! I wanted to buy a keratin straightening and received completely wrong advice. Two tubes were turned on to me which were supposed to be "Step 1" and "Step 2". While doing more detailed research at home, I found out that the tubes are easy for different hair structures. In addition, it wasn't a keratin treatment at all, but a smoothing cream. When returning, they could of course only offer me a credit. € 60 lost for nothing!
m	manopokuci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is not very helpful at all, very unfriendly and very rough. 2nd time I went there, because I am satisfied with the hair colours. I would recommend the products but not the store. I would ratherly give 0 star if I could because of staff.
