★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte einen qualitativen Rollladen mit Somfy Antrieb und bin dabei auf rollladen24.at gestoßen. Zunächst war ich trotz des guten Internetauftritts etwas skeptisch, da es nur 2 Bewertungen gab, es sich um ein Einzelhandelsunternehmen handelt und ich im Voraus bezahlen musste.
Es hat aber alles bestens funktioniert. Ich habe am Mi abends bestellt, am Do das Geld überwiesen, am Mo Morgebs die Nachricht erhalten, dass der Antrieb fertig ist. Er wurde am Di Vormittag geliefert, sogleich von mir eingebaut und funktioniert tadellos.
Positiv zu erwähnen ist auch, dass der Firmeninhaber H.Klaffenböck bei Rückfragen immer unmittelbar erreichbar war und kompetente Auskunft geben konnte.
I wanted a quality roller shutter with Somfy drive and came across rollladen24.at. At first I was a little skeptical despite the good internet presence as there were only 2 reviews, it is a retail company and I had to pay in advance.
But everything worked fine. I ordered on Wednesday evening, transferred the money on Thursday, and received the message on Monday that the drive was ready. It was delivered on Tuesday morning, installed by me immediately and works perfectly.
It should also be mentioned positively that the company owner, H.Klaffenböck, was always available to answer questions and was able to provide competent information.
