Der Kundenservice und die Organisation am Telefon war sehr professionell und hilfsbereit. Die zwei Möbelpacker war überpünktlich, top motiviert (sie mussten eine unhandliche, große, schwere Matratze in den 7. Stock tragen...da ich das keinem meiner Freunde antun wollte, bin ich bei Robins Umzug gelandet) sehr höflich/freundlich und vor allem sind sie wirklich behutsam mit meinen Sachen umgegangen. Ich kann Robins Umzug absolut weiter empfehlen, weil die Qualität und die Professionalität einfach durch und durch stimmen. Jeder Umzug bedeutet Stress und die Zwei haben mir jegliche Sorgen genommen. Vielen lieben, herzlichen Dank für euer Engagement! Das nenn ich einmal stressfreies und sorgloses Übersiedeln! I am extremely excited and extremely satisfied. On recommendation I ended up at Robin's move. Customer service and organization on the phone was very professional and helpful. The two furniture movers were on time, highly motivated (they had to carry an unwieldy, large, heavy mattress to the 7th floor...since I didn't want to do that to any of my friends, I ended up with Robin's move) very polite/friendly and above all you were really careful with my things. I can absolutely recommend Robin's move because the quality and professionalism are just right through and through. Every move means stress and the two have taken all my worries away. Thank you very much for your commitment! That's what I call stress-free and carefree relocation!

Wir hatten unglaublich viele Kartons und auch Möbelstücke und alles kam ohne Verluste und Beschädigungen an. Unser großer Dank geht insbesondere an die starken Männer im Team! We are fully satisfied with the performance of the moving company. We had an incredible number of boxes and pieces of furniture and everything arrived without any loss or damage. Our big thanks go especially to the strong men in the team!

Die zwei Armen haben mein E-Piano, welches nur waagrecht gehalten werden durfte und saublöd anzugreifen war UND 100 Kilo hatte vom dritten Stock runtergeschleppt. Wirklich bewundernswert. Preislich auch in Ordnung, voll schnell gemeldet mit unverbindlichem Kostenvoranschlag. Und sie waren sehr vorsichtig, dass sie nichts beschädigen, also wohlüberlegt. Kann sein, dass es vielleicht schneller hätte gehen können, aber mir war das so lieber und es ist nix hin am Ende. Somewhat belated feedback: very friendly and tried hard! The two arms have my e-piano, which was only allowed to be held horizontally and was stupid to touch AND had dragged 100 kilos down from the third floor. Really admirable. The price is also okay, fully reported quickly with a non-binding cost estimate. And they were very careful not to damage anything, so think carefully. Maybe it could have gone faster, but I preferred it that way and it didn't work out in the end.

Total freundliche und entspannte Abwicklung aller Fragen, das Team selbst war dann auch flott und gutgelaunt, obwohl aufgrund Altbau die Treppen doch sehr viele waren. Sehr zu empfehlen, gerne wieder! We had the problem of having to move out quickly and everything was done to help us quickly and easily. Totally friendly and relaxed handling of all questions, the team itself was also brisk and in a good mood, although there were a lot of stairs due to the old building.
