Es wurde vor dem Umzug eine Besichtigung der Wohnung gemacht, um Preis & Dauer des Umzugs bestimmen zu können. Der Preis wurde wie vereinbart eingehalten. Die Umzugshelfer waren bei der Sache und haben die Möbel ordentlich und flott eingepackt und aus der Wohnung in den Transporter und dann wieder hinaus getragen. Auch Montagetätigkeiten werden durchgeführt. Ich würde die Firma jederzeit wieder buchen! Eine Oase in der Servicewüste Österreich! We made our move from Graz to Vienna with Joks and were very satisfied. Communication was easy and direct. The apartment was inspected before the move in order to determine the price and duration of the move. The price was kept as agreed. The moving helpers were busy and packed the furniture neatly and quickly and carried it out of the apartment into the van and then out again. Assembly work is also carried out. I would book the company again at any time! An oasis in Austria's service desert!

Die erste Rückmeldung nach der Anfrage war schon nach ca 2 Stunden, alles unkompliziert am Telefon geklärt, und sogar kurzfristig ging ein Termin (Montag telefoniert und Samstag der Umzug). Am Tag zuvor wurde der Termin dann noch mal bestätigt. Die zwei Mitarbeiter waren pünktlich und sehr höflich. Wirklich super, danke, es hat alles gut geklappt. I can only recommend the company! The first response after the request was already after about 2 hours, everything was easily clarified on the phone, and even an appointment went short-term (Monday on the phone and Saturday the move). The day before was confirmed again. The two employees were on time and very polite. Really great, thanks, everything went well.

Dieser wurde pünktlich eingehalten und wir konnten sofort einen Termin für einen Sonntag ausmachen. Die 4 Männer kamen mit 2 Klein-LKW`s pünktlich und wollten nicht einmal zwischendurch Pause machen. Das Team war sehr freundlich und kompetent und zuverlässig und sie haben sehr auf die Möbel geachtet. Wir können diese Firma uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Danke! Siedeln wird zwar nie mein Lieblingshobby werden, aber mit dem Team von Joks Umzug hat alles super geklappt wie am Schnürchen. Spitzen Team zu einem fairen Preis! Arrived punctually to the minute, worked super clean and precisely, the dismantling and assembly of the furniture worked precisely.
