 Made an appointment by phone - simply did not show up and no response to a call or WhatsApp! Not recommendable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde mir als Montagefirma für Rollläden von Fenster City geschickt. Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich, schien auch kompetent, hat alles vermessen und ein Angebot gelegt. Ich hatte dann noch einige Fragen, ab diesem Zeitpunkt Sendepause. Nicht erreichbar, kein Rückruf, Mails, WhatsApp nicht beantwortet. Mehrere Rückfragen bei Fenster City, nach Wochen heute die Auskunft, die Situation vor Ort sei so ungünstig, dass man den Auftrag nicht annehmen könne.
Was soll das, es ist ein normaler Altbau in Wien, bei dem 5 Fenster nachgerüstet werden sollen?!
Keine Kommunikation und dann so ein blödes Statement verdienen eigentlich null Sterne...
Was sent to me by Fenster City as an assembly company for roller shutters. The owner was very friendly, seemed competent too, measured everything and made an offer. I then had a few questions, from this point on the broadcast break. Unreachable, no callback, mails, WhatsApp not answered. Several inquiries at Fenster City, after weeks today the information that the situation on site was so unfavorable that the order could not be accepted.
What's that, it's a normal old building in Vienna, where 5 windows are to be retrofitted ?!
No communication and then such a stupid statement actually deserve zero stars ...
