Nach 5 Telefonaten im Vorfeld, bei denen ich Palmen für einen Videodreh bestellte, erinnerte und nochmal erinnerte, rief ich am Tag des Drehs an wo der Chef bleibt. Ohne Entschuldigung meinte er er wollte eh schon anrufen, hatte aber die Nummer nicht gespeichert, sein Bus sei eingegangen er kann nicht liefern wie vereinbart! Nach einem kurzen Check mit den Kollegen von mir rief ich an wegen einer anderen Möglichkeit - hebte nicht mehr ab - kein Muh oder Mäh - keine Entschuldigung! FINGER WEG - Höchst unseriös! Caution, VERY IMPORTANT! After 5 phone calls in advance, during which I ordered palms for a video shoot, reminded them and reminded them again, I called on the day of the shoot where the boss was staying. Without apology, he said he wanted to call anyway, but hadn't saved the number, his bus had arrived and he couldn't deliver as agreed! After a quick check with my colleagues, I called about another option - I didn't answer - no moo or moo - no excuse! FINGER WEG - Very dubious!

Haben eine doch eine längere Anfahrt auf uns genommen & dann drei falsche ( zuvor bestellte ) Palmen zum Kauf angeboten bekommen!! Keine Erklärung, Informationen oder Ähnliches im Gegenteil erhielten wir keine anderen Palmen angeboten, sondern nur pazige Antworten ... So mußten wir frustriert, verärgert unverichteter Dinge Heimfahren! Zusammengefasst: Die Pflanzenangebote entsprechen nicht den Preisen aus der Werbung !! We wanted to react to an offer ..... We took a long journey to us & then were offered three false (previously ordered) palm trees for sale! No explanation, information or the like, on the contrary, we were not offered any other palm trees, only pazy answers ... So we had to drive home frustrated, angry with unrefined things! In summary: The plant offers do not correspond to the prices from the advertising!

Diese wurden zu einem super Preis verkauft, pünktlich geliefert und eingesetzt. Alles funktionierte reibungslos. Vielen Dank für die tolle Arbeit! Jetzt muss die Hecke nur noch wachsen :D LG
