Ich habe meine Mietwohnung mithilfe von Herrn Akkas gefunden. Der Mietprozess war schnell und problemlos. Danke noch einmal. The company is very successful and reliable. You have staff who do their best to help the customer at all times. I found my rental apartment with the help of Mr. Akkas. The rental process was quick and easy. Thanks again.
M	Maria Schwarz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte schon mehrere Besichtigungen mit Maklern bzw Maklerinnen von RIWOG - jedes mal konnten entweder basic Fragen nicht beantwortet werden ("puhh, ich habe keine Ahnung wohin die Stiege führt bzw wo genau sie gebaut wird", "Wie hoch die Räume sind, hmmm, zwischen 2,50 und 3,50m vermute ich mal") oder der Immobilienprozess an sich war intransparent (ich möchte nicht schon fast sagen korrupt). Kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen, und bin froh, keine Wohnung von RIWOG bzw mit RIWOG Hausverwaltung gekauft zu haben. Has already had several visits with brokers from RIWOG - each time either basic questions could not be answered ("phew, I have no idea where the staircase leads or where exactly it is being built", "how high the rooms are, hmmm, in between 2.50 and 3.50m I guess ") or the real estate process itself was not transparent (I don't want to say almost corrupt). I absolutely cannot recommend it, and I'm glad I haven't bought an apartment from RIWOG or RIWOG property management.

Zusätzlich wurden die Schlüssel auch noch eine Woche früher überreicht, was den Umzug extrem erleichtert. Everything went as planned, Mr. Akkas clarified all questions and was always available. In addition, the keys were handed over a week earlier, which made the move extremely easy.
