Herr Luca Schelodetz - Freundlich, Engagiert & Zuvorkommend Wir sind schon seit über einem halben Jahr auf Wohnungssuche und hatten mit unzähligen Maklern gearbeitet und beim Herrn S. hat man gemerkt, dass er im Vergleich zu anderen seine Arbeit gerne tut. Motiviert und freundlich hat er auch all unsere Fragen beantwortet, die uns während & nach der Besichtigung eingefallen sind (und das waren nicht wenige...), die Besichtigung an sich war professionell und angenehm und die Betreuung danach auch top. Selbst als ich mich in Panik zu unmöglichen Zeiten gemeldet hab (nochmals sorry deswegen) hat er sich dennoch bemüht mir zu helfen. Man merkt, ihm liegt was an seinen Kunden! Dank ihm konnten wir zwar unsere ideale Wohnung finden, sollten wir in ferner Zukunft aber doch wieder eine neue Wohnung suchen, wird Adonia-Immobilien.at auf jeden Fall die erste Seite sein, an die wir uns wenden werden. Rat an Immobilienkäufer: Hüten Sie sich vor Adonia! Die unprofessionellsten Makler, mit denen ich bisher zu tun hatte. In Wien gibt es viele gute Makler, die seriös arbeiten und dabei gut von ihrem Beruf leben können, dagegen vermittelt Adonia den Eindruck, dass es hier nur ums schnelle Geld und nicht um die Klienten geht. Mehr Schein als Sein.

To be honest, I was not so happy with them, even though I am going to move in the apartment which was found with them. When I asked them if the landlord can make an offer to me, I did not have any chance to see the contract, but when I get the contract, I also get the message from them stating that I have no chance to withdraw (of course, I can waste 2,000 EUR instead). Of course I asked if I have a chance to read through the contract. Simply, I am a foreigner and was ignorant.

I was very impressed with how quickly my e-mails were answered. Visited the apartment the next day and two weeks later I was able to move into the rental apartment. The agent was very friendly and because I am not a local I was also informed very well of the austrian law regarding rentals. I was already looking for quite some time and was talking to many agents before. From start to finish it was an experience to remember! Unfortunately google doesnt allow 6 stars ;) definetly recommend!

Having arrived to work in Vienna only a few weeks ago, I stumbled across the advertisement for Adonia Immobilien, one of thousands posted online, during my cumbersome search for a convenient and affordable apartment in the city. To be honest, I was quite fearful of this search at first, the many reviews I read online always pointed out the importance of treading with caution when searching for apartments in Austria. These warnings extended to the real estate brokers themselves, as many foreigners (like myself) were told that it is difficult to find someone reliable and trustworthy from your first try. In hindsight, I think that I was absolutely fortunate to have seen the advertisement for Adonia Immobilien, through which I met my real estate agent Jackshe. After nearly 3 months of dealing with him, I've come to understand why Adonia was awarded the Gold prize for its real estate work in the previous years. You see Jackshe was not only polite, he was dedicated, honest, hardworking and always very responsive. I have seen real estate agents at work before, but Jackshe's dedication and patience was a perfect testament of why Adonia as a whole was so successful. It is truly rare to find a real estate agent that you come to consider as a reliable friend at the end of your hectic journey to search for an apartment in Vienna. The fact that he went above and beyond the call of duty, often working on weekends to meet me due to my demanding work schedule, and his active involvement in helping me with all details of the apartment (even those outside of his direct jurisdiction) is why I would recommend Adonia 1000 times over to anyone seriously looking for the best in service in the real estate field in Austria. With that being said, I guess I was lucky to have stumbled upon Adonia Immobilien's advertisement 3 months ago, and I therefore can safely say that whether you are a resident of Vienna or a newbie moving into town, you really shouldn't need to look much further.
